09/8/2018 16:59 | bron if we do get a suspension then require a egm for any sort of vote will the rig still be able to move while we are suspended. if not then a egm would have to be quick if it turns out the hlv is ours. i still think it might be a sell off as i just don't know where we would fit into this big consortium | deadly nightshade
09/8/2018 16:42 | Who knows what lies ahead but the delay on that rig suggests that any mobilisation of that rig is the blue touch paper.buhari in London, strange trading and share price movement and possibility of coal force ready to go ....suspension would be a good fit in my view ..tomorrow?or will it coincide with the return of buhari. | bronislav
09/8/2018 16:30 | well lets see what friday brings if past history is a guide then not a lot. i will be gob smacked if havoc exercise on the final day and if they do not in my opinion is doesn't give a big vote of confidence to what we hope we have here. ask yourself this some people have spoke of 25p a share well if that was going to be a reality why would havoc who are in the know more then us not take up those warrants and make themselves a fortune if the share price did rocket. lets just hope this hlv is ours. | deadly nightshade

09/8/2018 15:30 | I wonder how they are going to work this? from the AD Settlement Agreement with Havoc On 16 March 2017, the Company and Havoc agreed that the indebtedness to Havoc, in the amount of circa US$521,000 incurred by the Company to that date, be settled as to the amount of US$339,867 in cash, and as to the amount of $181,133 by issue to Havoc of 24,977,350 new Ordinary Shares at an issue price of 0.5p each. As at the date of this document such shares have not yet been issued... | htrocka2

09/8/2018 14:35 | Sp dropping off again will we see news tomorrow.. Doubtful. | aventador
09/8/2018 13:46 | We've got the 'Half Year Report' in about six weeks time........they'll have to come clean then....(Although I don't expect the Havoc warrants to be exercised, nevertheless, as managers and ITK's ie, subject to confidential information, the exercise period terminates within the two month 'closed period' which begs the question...would they be allowed to convert during this period?....or would it be extended until after the Half Year Report to comply with the 'closed period' rule ....which would give them another six weeks?)(just a thought) | htrocka2
09/8/2018 13:05 | What are the trades for 0 shares all about any ideas ? | kwizza
09/8/2018 12:32 | thanks for info sherlock | deadly nightshade
09/8/2018 12:29 | Deadly - Havoc have already received payment for their money owed. Most was in cash and the remaining amount was converted to just under 25m shares @ 0.5p. If you trace back how much money was owed them in each of the annual reports then you see the bulk of their work was in the first year or two after joining the TAC... which is what we’d expect. | sherl0ck
09/8/2018 12:20 | If I was stein and Taylor would I buy through havoc and their warrants or as individuals outside of havoc. | bronislav
09/8/2018 12:18 | could well be the case sherlock thing is we just don't know how involved havoc still are here, if they are not that involved now then probably see why they will not be taking up warrants | deadly nightshade
09/8/2018 12:11 | They might have had the foresight to instead take a chunk in the 1p placing and save some money. If the share price had risen significantly by warrant expiry date then there’s the option to exercise these too. If not, they still walk away with a few shares in addition to the ~25m converted at 0.5p. | sherl0ck
09/8/2018 12:00 | looking very slim havoc will exercise them 2p warrants but lets hope for a end of week rush here make up for the rubbish start to the week | deadly nightshade
09/8/2018 11:25 | I wonder if SRSP is getting the same pressure on them from the NNPC as old Art on COPL. He did an interview recently to suggest that NNPC came back to them after they put the FDP in to say they wanted it accelerated as they want their offshore production up. New FDP to be submitted there was for an accelerated programme, more production legs from the cluster. SRSP are further advanced with the funding in place, rig assigned and everything in place bar the rig, so they're at least six months ahead of COPL. I bet NNPC are turning the screws on Bobo to get things moving on Ororo and pipeline. Now that I think about it, it may explain why they got in the wellheads for 0-4 and 0-5, that may have been at the request of the Nigerians, get on with it and get on with it faster. Why pressure COPL and not SRSP when SRSP are closer to seeing oil out of the ground. NNPC will want oil production up before the elections next year. Regards, Ed. | edgein
09/8/2018 11:04 | Are we finally gonna see some drilling, production, and pipeline of assets action? All one way traffic so far today, so some folks seem to think so. Regards, Ed. | edgein
