I am starting to get the impression that any new partner is pricing at 28p. The original figure being floated was 26p before rising to 30p a few days later. Looks like they had a bite in the middle. Time will tell!

Haha. Hi NMRN.

Well it is obviously more tricky and think we know the level our benefactors have their orders set for today. Looks to me eerily similar to when we were discussing a potential move to 30p though. So I'd guess at a close today of around 27.8 with a UT of about 500k or so, then with luck a few more days of modest advances.

After all 11% has been spouting his rubbish for months about the share price going down and only last night PPVN supposedly analysed the aftermarket and predicted the share price would go up today!

From the look of the UT that you have also failed to understand I'd also hazard we shall see an uptick tomorrow. But as ever, it's not in our hands.

PPVN because no commercial banker is going to lend Sirius money in the Stage 2 financing without there being a nice fat cushion of equity to absorb all the risk. The banks want money for old rope these days, nice risk-free lending and let someone else take all the risk (and potentially reward) if all goes well. That said the banks will probably still want warrants on top of the margin they make on the loan.

Amazing. I see the company can mature and set out the timeframe and options for funding, yet some shareholders, prospective or otherwise do not.

Why would they need a placing or rights issue now? Results literally came out a week ago and Gina also gave us $250mm. Baffling.

The auction uncrossing was as 26.88 just above the low for the day of 26.86. There was a big buy order at 26.88 which looked to me like someone was trying to prevent a similar notch down in the auction as happened yesterday. We're probably at a key point on the chart where either the share price bounces or it heads towards 24p again.
