20% growth in revenue to £45.3 million
Strong performance across all key brands
Return to EBITDA profit anticipated

Above taken from last trading statement, at the current share price the market cap is 70+ million, what a target SPH are with yearly revenue of £45.3 million IMHO.

Wondering if any new distributor would pay up for the stock taken back from old distributor. SPH would then need to finance the stock they bought back. Also wondering what this might mean in the accounts

Yes....plus they're trying to roll debt on more favourable terms which might be tricky with rising yields in the US.

They can't have found a distributor otherwise they would have announced it.That means either no demand from distributors there or they are not being offered a good enough deal to make it worth their while.

You misunderstand me....yes they'll be running a book but they won't wish to take book positions in an illiquid stock like Sinclair.Marketmakers will run a square book,simply matching sellers with buyers.They won't try to finesse or tree shake.The value of a holding in Sinclair won't improve the market making institutions capital adequacy ratios so they don't do it.What we have here is a large seller dumping on the price.Stock offered at 14.75p now

Cause for real concern,there is relentless selling.You can buy 100,000 at 15.779p.This unexplained delay in appointing a distribution partner is exacerbating things.Its rare to be holding shares in such a total dog which has such an elite shareholder list.I fear the worst.

I made another attempt at bottom picking today. Just bought but it shows as a sell so there is still a weight of selling. The chart looks only one way and it’s not up!

Or the results delayed to coincide the date of announcement of the distributor deal.
One way or the other I sure it can be done.

I'm not sure that the company would be allowed to "wait" to announce a new distribution partner to coincide with the results.Its price sensitive information and if a deal has been done,they should announce it to the market.Advfn doesn't seem to get a handle on the price moves.The price is weakening but the percentages are positive.Odd.

They are most probably waiting till the results to announce a deal on the US. market which might help to soften the apparently poor sales figs. into the US as the old distributor would have had to run their stock down to zero.

Hopefully once a new distributor is signed up they can start to focus on marketing the full range which by all accounts is top quality stuff, and they have also got a good global wide distribution system in place.

Now needs turnover to be increased.

I think the share price is telling us that a deal is not going as smoothly as they would wish.Problems are being discounted and a resolution accompanied by reasonable figures should see a jump in the shares..........(wishful thinking :)

Let us hope that the results are in line with SPH Boards expectations and no shocks. They have put pressure on themselves by saying the partnership deal is almost done. If they do not do a deal by the result statement I fear for the share price IMHO.

Sinclair intends to report its full year results for the year ended 31 December 2017 on 30 April 2018 which will be accompanied by an update on the Group's US strategy.Lest we forget,we will know one way or another what the hells going on this coming Monday.

I don't think Chris Spooner or any the other major shareholders would be happy with just 35p.
They might twitch if an offer came in at 60p in the next few months but I don't think they would even stir at anything less.
