Update related to the ex parte restraining order with respect to the delisting

SimiGon Ltd. (LON: SIM) wishes to update its shareholders that further to the Company's announcement published on February 24, 2022 with regards to an ex parte temporary restraining order issued by the Tel Aviv District Court (the "Court") on February 21, 2022 for the cancellation of the admission of the Company's Ordinary Shares to trading on the AIM Market (the "Cancellation") in relation to the merger transaction with Maxify Solutions Inc. that was approved by SimiGon's shareholders of February 18, 2022, the Court cancelled the ex parte restraining order and a hearing on the matter was scheduled for March 10, 2022.

Pending further updates with regard to the foregoing, there is currently no change to the expected timetable for the merger and Cancellation. Further announcements and updates will be provided as appropriate.
