The following replaces the 'Transaction in Own Shares and Total Voting Rights' announcement released on 10 October 2018 at 6:21 pm under RNS No 6619D.
The announcement contained elements which have been amended due to the fact that the Company was informed that as a result of clerical error, a total of 63,571 ordinary shares have been purchased and not 84,773 as previously announced.

Transaction in Own Shares and Total Voting Rights
SimiGon Ltd (LSE: SIM), a global leader in modeling, simulation and training solutions, announces that, pursuant to the share buyback programme (the "Programme") announced on 1 December 2017, the Company purchased 63,571 ordinary shares of 0.01 NIS each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at the average price per Ordinary Share of 14 pence ("Buyback Shares") through finnCap Ltd (acting as the Company's broker) on 10 October 2018.
The Buyback Shares, along with any other Ordinary Shares purchased by the Company pursuant to the Programme, will be held in treasury.
Following the purchase of the Buyback Shares, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 50,858,618 (excluding the 535,571 Ordinary Shares held in treasury). This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company.
