25/10/2016 10:35 | You'll never guess who's just checked out my Linkedin Profile - Ami Vizer!! | cockerhoop
19/10/2016 12:19 | They would need to announce any buy backs via RNS, so I very much doubt it. | melodrama
19/10/2016 12:15 | As was raised by someone on the LSE shares board, could this buying be the Co as a precursor to taking it private? | dgwinterbottom
18/10/2016 16:09 | Again today, the 25 pence addict adds a further 110,000, again late reported. This looks like a long term buy order is in and is being worked. | melodrama
17/10/2016 07:23 | That's almost 450,000 shares bought in 4 OK (institutional?) trades over the last few days. The point being that even thought the share price is unchanged, there are many reasons for selling, a number of which have nowt to do with the company itself (change of fund manager, top-slicing, overweighting in portfolio etc). Whereas there is only one reason for buying. Interesting to see what news flow we get in the next few weeks. There should surely be a holdings RNS or two at the least. | rivaldo
16/10/2016 12:47 | Indeed so would I, can I suggest you ask the Finance Director the question, who can be reached here:Efim@simigon.co | dgwinterbottom
16/10/2016 12:14 | yump, I'll be interested to hear how they reply. | gnnmartin
16/10/2016 08:05 | I made some good money on IOF and CBUY years ago but got out when they became "Religious Stocks" as you say. | melodrama
15/10/2016 17:39 | yump, would you rather be in Moni, Iof, CBUY etc etc the list is endless, Jamtommorrow stocks on Aim. This has a demonstrable business model, loads of cash and someone is taking large chunks of shares. What more do you want! Chill man. | melodrama
15/10/2016 15:56 | Wouldn't surprise me. Or it could be a gradual movement of shares to apparently unconnected parties who then join together to vote on a takeover. Now I've looked a little closer at the figures, its starting to wind me up. Particularly the last bit of this statement: "Looking ahead, blah, blah... The Board's confidence in its ability to deliver growth over the long term is demonstrated by the Company's continued annual dividend distribution". Well that's incredibly generous of them to continue it, isn't it ? Given they are awash with assets and have a massive asset/liability ratio, particularly cash. | yump
15/10/2016 15:55 | Would have to notify via RNS | melodrama
15/10/2016 15:45 | Could it be the Co buying its own shares? At such a low price they could reduce the shares in issue in turn raising the eps and trigger a bonus for Directors? | dgwinterbottom
15/10/2016 12:50 | Yep, that day 2 weeks ago was around 13 % of the company, so we are due another notification I would think. The price moved up some 20% on that 2 week ago day though. The onus is the new owner / old owner to disclose, so still something "in the background" that needs notifying I would assume? | melodrama
15/10/2016 12:11 | 5% (2.5m shares) bought over the last 10 days. That is a lot, but twice that were dumped in 2 days just over a fortnight ago. Interesting that neither moved the price all that much. And it is surprising that we did not get notification of a change down in a major shareholding. We've had one change up, from 'not notifiable' to 6.8% at Axion before the recent purchases. | gnnmartin
15/10/2016 09:38 | Another 100k at 25p reported late Friday on ADVFN | melodrama
15/10/2016 08:56 | Patience dear boy, patience, I cannot think of any other Aim stocks with a business as good as Sim and wads of cash to boot, hence the big boys hoovering up on the quiet. | melodrama
14/10/2016 16:26 | I can't, so I'll go with the positives. I do get the volume+rise thing. Each week I have a cynical Friday, before looking over a few possible stocks to invest in over the weekend. Helps me to avoid some bad stuff. Got these already though. | yump
14/10/2016 16:23 | Please feel free to provide another explanation of volume and price behaviour, at your leisure | melodrama
14/10/2016 16:22 | FYI the big blue candle on the right is volume. Quite telling who is buying and selling. | melodrama
14/10/2016 16:13 | and presumably big boys selling as well, or have I totally misunderstood the stock market... (or already sold and mm's holding a pile of stock that they know they can sell). I know I'm not Sherlock Holmes, but I have, with very careful observation, noticed that the share price hasn't moved. | yump
14/10/2016 14:14 | Yep definitely, big boys acquiring, whoever they are! | melodrama
14/10/2016 14:11 | Another 100,000 bought today at 25p....all of this has to be some sort of institutional or corporate buying. | rivaldo |
