This announcement contains information which prior to its disclosure was inside information for the purposes of the Market Abuse Regulation.

Further to the Company's announcement of 30 December 2015 which referred to a possible acquisition of 100% of the share capital of Lime Holdings Limited, an Australian unlisted public company operating in the financial technology sector, by way of a share for share exchange, the Company informs shareholders that it has decided not to proceed with that transaction.

In the meantime, further transactions are in contemplation as the Company has commenced discussions with two other possible acquisition targets and further announcements will follow in due course.
