It's hard to judge here as the costs of the phase 1 buyout have been included yet the takeover officially happened after the year end. Underlying net profit increased but 'reported' figures are dented by acquisition costs.
I'm continually learning about share trading and it will be interesting to see if the opportunities from the larger group override the impact on eps in the year end results from acquisition. I'm assuming the market will want to see some fruits from the acquisition first and this may get marked down unfortunately.

I see this is described as a reverse takeover. I though that term was used when a Private company acquired a Public company, thus gaining a SE quote on the cheap.
Can anyone explain ?
