13/5/2021 13:58 | Managed to double my holding today. Happy to take advantage of a depressed market in the expectation that demand for construction materials will feed back into the share price before long. | alter ego
05/5/2021 14:34 | I hold BREE and like the way SRC are building a construction materials business. Bought in today, a bit later than others here but I think SRC could do very well given the amount of infrastructure and building work in prospect. | alter ego
04/5/2021 12:11 | Slow and steady. | charlie9038

03/5/2021 07:13 | Charlie9038>> I doubt the rns will have any direct effect on share price It means there are 0.3% more shares in issue which is insignificant in terms of dilution. | twirl
28/4/2021 07:37 | Will the exercise of warrants announced yesterday that is due 0800 on 30 April make the share price go up? | charlie9038
27/4/2021 07:50 | Well its been good and been a result for me, and I still think it has great potential but as I am out now I thought I would wish you all the best of luck and it is only because I wish to use my funds elsewhere and not because I believe that the share and company will not continue to perform well for investors. Cheers. | clocktower
16/4/2021 06:38 | I like this approach and this is a huge company in the making. I love Max what is doing as Ceo and building the team. This is gonna compound money very good and in the future hopefully that cash generation lead to good dividends.Like sdi but a bit less quality or more ciclical. What do you think? | arregius
15/4/2021 15:03 | That is what The company said in their recent investor call, and what it was said in the results so I guess all aware | arregius
15/4/2021 11:36 | About self funding in SigmarocWe can self fund certain acquisitions, as we did with GD Harries for example. If we buy businesses that are larger than what our cashflow can fund we would need to go for an equity raise but as we always say, we only buy if the price is right. Hope that helps. | arregius
15/4/2021 06:46 | Genuine question - is there a site where you can find all the broker ratings per listed company? | hsduk101

13/4/2021 08:33 | Better than expected but a few profit takers holding the share price back but give it a few days and it may break the £1 mark with the potential growth in earnings and profits. | clocktower
13/4/2021 06:55 | Nice surprise | scepticalinvestor
13/4/2021 06:22 | Looks to have beaten forecasts, esp on EPS reasonably significantly. Accompanies by a detailed commentary on the performance, that bodes well for continued out-performance. | 18bt
13/4/2021 06:13 | A great set of results as anticipated plus a very positive forward-looking statement ! SigmaRoc plc, the AIM listed buy-and-build construction materials group, is pleased to announce its audited results for the year ended 31 December 2020. Financial highlights(1) 31 December 2020: 31 December 2019: Change Underlying revenue: £124.2m: £70.4m: +76.6% Underlying EBITDA: £23.9m: £14.5m: +64.1% Underlying profit before tax: £12.2m: £8.4m: +45.2% Underlying EPS: 4.50p: 4.20p: +7% (1) Underlying results stated before acquisition related expenses, certain finance costs, redundancy and reorganisation costs, impairments, amortisation of acquisition intangibles and share option expense. References to an underlying profit measure throughout this Annual Report are defined on this basis. Max Vermorken, CEO, commented:"Despite the pandemic we were able to deliver an extremely strong performance, driving our revenues up by 64% to £124.2 million, and increasing Underlying EBITDA to £23.9 million. Underlying earnings per share grew by 7% to 4.50p in a year of very difficult trading conditions. Looking forward, we continue to seek ways to invest, improve, integrate and innovate, and in the first quarter of 2021 we launched our cement free concrete building block - Greenbloc. We also recently entered into an agreement with LafargeHolcim which will see an expansion of our aggregates operations in Belgium and, subsequent to that, we acquired two large-scale concrete suppliers in the Limburg area of Belgium. I am excited for the future path of the Group and I am optimistic that with our great workforce and support of our investors, we can continue to further grow and achieve strong results in the months and years ahead" | masurenguy
