That's some war chest of cash being made available for further acquisitions. I did not realise they had such aggressive expansion plans, I think I'll be accumulating more of these.

Access to substantial financial resources to expand the business and to fund synergetic acquisitions ! 22 December 2020 New expanded £125 million Credit Facility SigmaRoc, a heavy construction materials group active in the UK, Channel Islands and the Benelux, is pleased to announce it has entered into a new Syndicated Senior Credit Facility of up to £125m (the 'Credit Facility') led by Santander UK and including several major UK and European banks. The Credit Facility, which comprises an £85m committed term facility and a £40m accordion option, will provide the Group with further capacity and flexibility to support its ongoing buy-and-build strategy, as well as reducing like-for-like borrowing costs. The key terms of the Credit Facility are as follows: - Structure: Syndicated multi-currency; - Size: £125m, including an uncommitted £40m accordion; - Term: 5 years, non-amortising during the first three years; - Interest cost: 2.5% margin over LIBOR at 2x net debt to underlying EBITDA (ALR) - Head covenants: 3.5x Adjusted Leverage Ratio gradually decreasing over the term of the Credit Facility to 3x, with a minimum interest cover ratio of 3.5x. The Board of SigmaRoc believes that, with this Credit Facility in place and the £12.4m equity fundraise announced on 9 December 2020, the Group is in a solid position to continue its buy-and-build strategy and take advantage of multiple near-term opportunities. The Group reiterates its target to remain at approximately 2x Adjusted Leverage Ratio with an overall downward trend. Max Vermorken, CEO of SigmaRoc, commented:"I would like to thank Santander UK, who have supported our business and our growth for many years and took the lead on this expanded facility in the role as Mandated Lead Arranger. The Group has benefitted from their pragmatic approach and speed of execution. I am pleased we will enter into 2021 with the right facilities in place, backed by high quality banks in the UK and Europe, to support the Group in its development and further growth."

An emerging pattern in this sector ! Breedon Update 21 Dec: The Group's recent trading update on 18 November 2020 noted continuation of positive trading into the fourth quarter. Since then, performance has continued to exceed expectations across the Group, with revenues in November ahead of the prior year, on a like-for-like basis. This strong trading performance has continued into December, in part benefiting from benign weather conditions. SRC Update 9 Dec: The Group recorded consolidated unaudited revenues of £114m, representing an increase of 78% over the equivalent period in 2019. At the time of the publication of its interim results, on 7 September 2020, the Group reported that the combination of improving demand and a highly effective operational response to the COVID-19 pandemic had seen an encouraging performance recovery across all of its businesses starting in May and continuing into the third quarter of 2020. Pleasingly, following the normal seasonal reductions in activity, particularly in European markets, these recovery trends have continued through the second half and been supplemented by the Group's ongoing commercial and operational enhancement initiatives.

Tiswas- ditto regarding stocko, certainly by far the best investment for investors who enjoy doing their own research. I came across src through ST at IC, otherwise doubt I'd had found it on stocko through their screens. There was an article on stocko about src and the low quality score, which I think was due to the low F and Z scores, dilution and debt. The quality score can only go one way from where it is! :-)

Hi Shanklin Thanks for the offer but I am not too fussed. Stocko has made an amazing difference to my investing returns over the last few years but I am more than happy investing here. It was just a surprise and to demonstrate that they have problems identifying turnarounds, a classification that they actually use themselves!

tiswas If you have a Stockopedia folio with SRC in it, and go to the old site, you can double click on the quality 0 score and it shows you how SRC scores on each component of quality. Alternatively send me a message with your email and I will email you a Pdf of the relevant screen. Seems like rubbish to me

The beauty is that every time they have raised funds for another acquisition, they do it at such a small discount to the sp, and each time it quickly exceeds its previous levels, due to these addons being so well managed. Hold, add as funds are available and enjoy the investment returns.

I have also been a happy holder for some time here. Just doing a portfolio review this morning and noticed that Stockopedia has this with a stock rank of 44 and a quality rank of ZERO! Now I know it is a bit of a turnaround story and maybe the algos have not caught up yet. But even so, I am not sure anything else I am holding has a big fat zero for quality.

Breaking out nicely here now - The business is performing really well due to how prudently it's being managed. Should be some material gains here over the next couple of months for all holders. GL All.

Averaged up by adding a few more today. Following my initial stake at 29.2p on 25 March, and having subsequently topped up on several more occasions, I'm now averaged in at 39.0p.

A really solid performer with plenty of scope to keep adding growth and profits. Still looking for £1 in 2021.

Liberum raised their target from 60p to 70p this morning! Either they are smoking something illegal, or more likely undertake very poor research. I can see 85-100p as a more realistic 1 year target.

Waiting for the next acquisition with the money raised. I trust this BOD to use the money well and there are likely good bargains out there due to Covid-19. All acquisitions so far have been integrated well and have been performing in-line or above expectations from what I've read so far but I may be wrong. All IMHO.

ANOTHER excellent update....no real justification for such a low rating so woud expect this to move considerably higer in coming days / weeks.
