You didn't ask any question at all, and my comment was factual not personal, as I haven't got the slightest idea who you are or what your agenda is. I'm honest about my interests, i.e. the same as any SRC investor. However, up until now you haven't given any straight answer as to what's driving your comments.

You could have answered my question but you didn't. You preferred to go personal. Sorry, I have no interest in those games.

What do you even mean with a red flag? I'm hoping to see the stock rise like any honest investor, not to see it bashed gratuitously by uninformed comments...If you'd taken the time to read up on the company's latest acquisitions and understood their significance for future growth you'd hardly have posed the questions you did. If ever there was any red flag than it's your massively dubious attitude towards SRC.

Way back in the prospectus, they targeted a massive market cap I think? But then that spoke about African stuff as well! Any free cash is used to pay down debt, so they can do more deals... They have done pretty well to scale up thus far, and they have a good track record of extracting extra value from each acquisition (sometimes investing money short term, which some of these family run affairs don't want to do).

Taken a starter position here. Hopefully they will generate some free cash flow at some point and stop spending it, or what's the point?

What's the 3 or 5 year plan here, have the Directors ever targetted anything? The AR gives little away.

Back to where we were... Need the little effeciency savings on each deal to suppress dilution, a land sale here and a waste into feedstock plan there etc etc.

That quarry stuff will be shut down in a few years under environmental laws, its all politicos in the pipeline. Germany want to be clean! How much did they pay for it?

Far from there being a downturn in the UK, I expect a building boom. This company knows where it’s going and how to make the most of the assets they have .

like the sound of purchase of Europe's largest bluestone limestone quarry-located not far from Brussels, it seems it has properties not shared with regular limestone so may be specified by architects and designers for patios and so on? and might represent a hedge against the construction downturn in the UK.

Good funding price? Not really, share price was in the doldrums, and they were talking about 50p a share a few weeks ago...

Great deal , and good funding price. No wonder now on its way north. Could transform the bottom line imo.

It's a massive and very ambitious acquisition. The extra revenue from the lime stone which is currently in the book as a waste product could really help the bottom line

From which acquisition did the land come from?

Surprised that their has been no comment about the sale of land and the profit resulting from the sale, in addition to being able to pay down debt and reduce gearing.

While looking at the next target, they have shown how effective the management is.

Well undervalued imo.DYOR

I think 50p will definitely become the average share price in the near future and I wouldn't be surprised if it were to be even higher than that.
