It seems to me that this news signals the take off of the share price - so we may hit 60p before long imo.

solid investment with a well run company. DYOR.

I think it will be a while before the share price reflects the longterm value but I cannot envisage anything knocking this off course in the next few years.

Good news release this morning,

So today's announced acquisition is on top of the recently announced CCP acquisition that is due to complete this month. No price of financial performance details mentioned in today's announcement which is unusual.

I like the fact these two acquisitions are not resulting in shareholder dilution whilst adding bottom line profits.

I am adding at these levels. Sigmaroc are very much under the radar currently.

Blimey it remains quiet here. Seems a decent addition, looking for a 4x increase in the quarry's existing output post acquisition... at some point this should surely start to move... zzzzz

I didn't engage with the caller so it might have been a scam or maybe genuine. Perhaps drumming up support for/against any of the proposals at the AGM that he said was on 27th. Not checked. The only thing is he must have done some digging to get my name and contact details.

No dekle. Was it a scam call?

They might get funds at a premium if they do a deal using part stock. One just has to look how well this has held up in such a depressed market.

Sound long term investment imo.

He's been doing it a while, has a few greyhairs supporting him at group level, and lots of experience with the management at company level he can tap into...

Good interview. Alludes to acquisition targets being close in both England and potentially Europe.

I like the CEO, he comes across as bright, articulate, confident and with proven strategy.

Not a bad set of results but plagued by "bedding in" charges so strip them out and you see the light
Shows there is still a lot to do in the existing so why stretch management resources more?
I still like the niche business and would prefer to see small bolt-on business or organic expansion
A lot of goodwill in the balance sheet
Constant dilution does nothing for existing shareholders except give others lots of fees

Knowing there are going to be further acquisitions is what us holding the share price back imo - money will be raised at a discount I expect but what great results. Lets hope they get it right again.
