10/2/2014 13:32 | I am almost on a 3 bagger here. And I would agree that they still have further to go. I am expecting a sever rerating when they get the final finance in place to go ahead for both these recent projects. It looks very promising with the shares now being held more tightly. I would assume that the finance must be coming along nicely otherwise why would they enter into this new agreement. | fidra
10/2/2014 11:51 | That's the way Ivor, I'm single digit too a bit higher than you so not quite 10x yet but patient. The things is, I don't think they're anywhere near exhausted:) | paleje
10/2/2014 09:53 | 'Under the radar' is certainly true. The company has seen an incredible transformation over the last 2 years and its new business model is very exciting. Today's RNS reveals a new project in Barking and should be the beginning of big things in the Greater London Area. The marketcap is still only £33 million, and even at 100p would only be £45 million, so it's still tiny compared to most property companies, and much more active than most. I've been in since 6p so already a ten bagger, I have top sliced to give myself the holding for free, but I'm now in for the long run. Ivor | ivor hunch
10/2/2014 09:10 | Indeed fidra, more of the same type of deals SE and nationwide plus bank finance for the Gatehouse JV yet to be announced, plenty to look forward to from this quietly competent management and still generally under the radar. | paleje
10/2/2014 08:50 | looks like there was! Of course still more to come. The company appears to be in the process of a real transformation. | fidra
06/2/2014 16:18 | Good rise today. Is there news coming? Ivor | ivor hunch
28/1/2014 18:12 | Large trade right at the end of the day for 300000. | fidra
28/1/2014 14:53 | keeps moving higher another +2.50p, on well above overage volume | master rsi
27/1/2014 15:07 | Steady buying with the larger trades being delayed, and share price continuing with the new trend | master rsi
27/1/2014 10:51 | Against a lot of red elsewhere today too, good start to the week, long may the new trend on your chart continue, MRSI. | paleje
27/1/2014 09:35 | +2.50p She was an early riser after the large trades last Friday | master rsi
26/1/2014 21:38 | HIGHER BREAKOUT and a more inclined trend for the last couple month | master rsi
24/1/2014 16:51 | Not complaining though Ninja:), some large buys earlier, is there news on the way? I noticed last weekend L&G are throwing a lot of money into housing schemes, regional too not just the capital. | paleje
24/1/2014 14:03 | Just when you think the share price is drifting downwards we take another turn upwards ... | red ninja
09/1/2014 16:34 | There does not appear to be any sign of altitude sickness here Paleje :-) | yorgi
08/1/2014 20:37 | Just my opinion but I think it's almost impossible to put an earnings figure in yet because they've got so many balls in the air, but the total potential value of the projects they have on the go exceeds 2bn pounds over a number of years. They won't all go through but then again they might acquire more as their successes grow assuming they do. They earn from a combination of management charges, %fees and profit shares on property sales as far as I can see. If their average aggregate earnings over the period, say 10 years, was 10% of total value that would be a lot of revenue for a 22mn cap company and I think would convert to bottom line profit at a very attractive rate because overheads should be modest vs revenue growth. That's how it seems to me at the mo and I tend to agree with fidra 100p definitely possible this year. I'd love to see some guidance but perhaps they prefer to keep forward estimates close to their chests until a bit further along the line. I would if I thought I was going to make a lot of money:) | paleje
08/1/2014 16:09 | Yes very positive movement.I keep questioning the market cap in my mind but without any forward guidance of earnings we still dont know if the shareprice is cheap.Without clarity my view is you have to go by Directors buying and informed institutions still willing to accumulate so i for one will not be selling yet. | riddlerone
08/1/2014 12:27 | getting busy on here:-) See a late report of 100000 for yesterday going through at 48p. Anyone else think we may see £ this year? | fidra
06/1/2014 20:06 | Noticed the upward movement today, 2 clusters of buys one after opening and one before closing, no news or coverage that I've seen. Is there a little leak? There was before the last strong rise. | paleje
23/12/2013 11:34 | Edison update indicates no meaningful eps until at least 2015. Still expect great things over time, but for now sold out for a 80% gain in 2 months., hoping to get back in later. Might miss the boat but had other options with the cash. | puku
19/12/2013 09:34 | Anyone got this as a share for next year.It has done well this year for me but think it can do the same next | fidra
05/12/2013 08:14 | Must be on breakout again. | fidra
04/12/2013 09:12 | And that bank financing will be forthcoming on reasonable terms. Can't see Osborne doing anything that might derail this type of project, not when Cable and his boss have publicly endorsed it. | paleje
04/12/2013 08:59 | Directors adding again here.Must be confident of this being transformational. | fidra |
