Very odd day all round. 6% losses early to a decent recovery at close of play.

Lots of potential here,
Rights out the way, any shooters closing.
Can new team deliver?
Probably; with the right conditions and
HMG lending a helping hand.

JPM also changed direction on the AA. Also added. Strange decision after reducing before.

Really don't understand why the authorities don't simplify those notification of major holding statements so they are extremely easy to understand, even for novice investors. Rather than simply start the whole statement off by telling us simply that a major holder has either increased or decreased their overall position, we get treated to that ridiculous form to wade through before working out what actually happened.

Not saying they shouldn't give us all the detailed bumff later on, but they really don't make life easy for every investor.

Anyway, nice move so far today so can't really complain.

Regards,

Yes, well spotted.

9.7% holding + 2% through CFDs, or whatever.

BBC News - Free home insulation: Too good to be true?https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/business-53365827Suggestion at the end of the article is that the 2bn government investment should be a recurring annual amount, rather than a one off. Building insulation clearly going to be a focus over the coming decades. Hard to see anything other than strong upside over medium / long-term here.

Yes nice to see plenty of Management buys. Happy to hold and reap the rewards in the future. They are certainly busy as I see their delivery vehicles all over the place and I cover a huge geographic area every week. My minimum spot in July to date is 3 SiG lorries in a day!
A nice steady rise and no ramping required!

Whole load of directors buys in that RNS, not just the CEO after his £350K bonus...

Don't expect intant fireworks after this major financial reorganisation.
At least take the time to let the dust settle.
LTBH anyway for me.
