MM's mugging weak sellers - I had another 10k but had to go to dealer to get it.

Well financed and good quality company so should weather the storm(s) longer term.

Moved the MM too for 10k.

Just checked - there was a new case of ebola in Bombali province on 15 September; nothing since so it does not seem to be down to that. China and Glencore??

Corbine on LSE has told me that SRX rutile is of a very high quality. Third quarter does not close until tomorrow.

I cannot buy 10000 electronically at 16.75 pence. Odd.

There have been no new cases of Ebola in Sierra Leone since 2nd August.

Silly season more like. Nothing changed other than Ebola going away which ought to have been a boost, yet we are far off the earlier highs. Hopefully it will rally soon as fundamentals all look good

I agree. According to my calculations 140K buys yesterday against 40 K sells with 42K sells today but on balance SRX is down. I understood Numis were in not only to support the share price but to boost it. I know that it is the holiday season but did Sisay give me porky pies?

pt - shares go up or down on supply and demand. They are normally news driven or through the foresight of investors.

I bought on Friday.

nikesh - where have you got that figure of $800 per tonne from?

You could study the final accounts for year ending 2014 to answer your query and could also look at the Q2 report.

Some advice please. I have read rutile is at$800 usd at the moment. Has the company hedged against the prices for future sales?
They say all in cost is around $680- is this amount including all the other company expenses (not including the new mine phase 1)
Interesting to work out the current ebitda.

Thanks

The 117K could have been negotiated off market (match) but has to be recorded once complete. I am not a broker but that is my guess. This happened around April time if I recall properly.

Strange looking at the trades. Other than first sale other deals above the mid price

Now that is the question to which none of us save those in the know have an answer.

Pala are not going to sit idly by for ever and my hunch is soonish. Sisay wants the price which is why allegedly Numis have been appointed.

But it has imo to be a buying opportunity.

But when? I agree everything looks great - just this gentle slide. Hope it stops soon
