20/7/2015 15:02 | Pala added in April as did some directors. Pala are turnaround specialists and like to exit for a profit. The share price was over 80 pence last year. We do not know how far the purchaser of the company who made the approach was prepared to pay but it is unlikely that the iis and Pala will exit for less than a £1 per share. The company is undervalued as it stands and the share price will rise. | donk4
20/7/2015 14:17 | yep, worth loading up if it goes any lower | dr_ex
20/7/2015 14:14 | That explains the weakness in the price? | donk4
20/7/2015 10:20 | I must say that I am surprised. Numis were appointed according to the ceo to market and get the share price up. J Sisay is after 45 pence by end September. He told me at the agm that the stock/company is undervalued. A poster on LSE added 70K + on Thursday - he stated so on that bb. I added some last week. The company is not now or earlier affected by Ebola. Costs are down; production up. | donk4
20/7/2015 09:32 | What's with the price slide? | paulturner006
07/7/2015 09:28 | One would hope so but suppose that there were an increase in the sale price of the rutile product? Now that would do something given that costs are back under control and product produced is up. | donk4

29/6/2015 11:06 | a) list on main market or b) since Investec are an investor plus broker to the company and if something is brewing there might be a conflict of interests (this is an idea which should be credited to Gibraltar1 on LSE) | donk4

17/6/2015 13:21 | Thank you for the well thought postI think is SL is declared Ebola free that must help - it must have been a factor in the previous fall in sp | paulturner006
17/6/2015 10:43 | awaiting the release of the annual report and date of the agm. Pala added substantially in April as did certain directors who are also directors of Pala. Therefore they saw the price as too low; we know that SRX is a recovery situation following Ebola and a downturn in rutile prices. According to Al Jazeera Sierra Leone may announce in July that the country is Ebola free which imo is bound to benefit SRX. Are Pala looking forward to a return in the form of a sustainable dividend (Sisay keeps mentioning that sustainable dividends will be the order of the day) or are Pala looking to bid for SRX themselves having found out a price acceptable to the institutions or having done that are they lining up a third party bid? | donk4
