Result of General Meeting
Cancellation of admission to trading on AIM
Shore Capital Group Limited, the independent investment group specialising in capital markets, asset management and principal finance, announces that at the General Meeting held today, the special resolution put to the meeting regarding the cancellation of the admission to trading on AIM of the Company's ordinary shares was duly passed.
Votes cast in favour of the resolution represented approximately 81.72% of the Company's total issued share capital and those against approximately 2.15%.
Therefore, approximately 97.44% of votes cast were in favour of the resolution.
