The Board of Shires Smaller Companies plc has declared a third interim dividend of 1.75p per share in respect of the year to 31 December 2009 (third interim 2008: 3.40p) payable on 30 October 2009 to shareholders on the register at close of business on 9 October 2009. The ex dividend date is 7 October 2009.
