My limit order was set for 36.15, so surprised to see it filled so low down at 36.03.

PE is sub 10x, despite expected 10% EPS growth p.a. for a few years ahead. Doesn't stack up to me...

philanderer yes another poor week - worrying given the Dow is at all time highs. Defensives could recover though if it falls.
Portfolio -0.5% vs FTSE 350 -0.7%
Utilities, WPP and ITV getting another caning this week.

Not sure about that, there is a second Roche compound due late December.

Roche decision was not due until Feb so it was released 3 months early. Some people clearly knew this in the UK/US and were crashing the share price i.e. insider trading...

Shire is prone to rapid sentiment swings, think we can all agree on that.

If I bought to hold, then better not to look at the daily moves
and ignore the noise imv. Easier said than done.
