26/5/2021 11:01 | One of the 20K trade (showing red) is blue. I know this for sure. | frrinvest
26/5/2021 10:54 | A lot of 20k 25k trades going through as red | oapknob1
26/5/2021 10:42 | Bouncing right off the uptrend, so no visible breakdown as yet. | donaferentes
26/5/2021 10:34 | Wouldn't let you buy at 52p lowest offer was 54p so far today believe | 78steve
26/5/2021 10:27 | Would be good to see a full intra-day reversal which would indicate that 52.5p was the bottom of the dip. | parob
26/5/2021 10:18 | You can sell as much you want. But buying is a little difficult. | frrinvest
26/5/2021 09:56 | @powerp2 You were asking about the merits of charts. This is a good example of getting a better entry, saving 10% by looking at a simple picture. I agree it is only an accessory to the facts and fundamentals of the company. But enough other charty people will also act upon this picture so at the very least you will get a technical bounce. None of us can predict the future, but hey, use all the tools you can. | ohojim
26/5/2021 09:41 | Good man, I hoped I was wrong for the genuine holders here. Not a deramper and I'm not a scammer. Ordinary guy who's been around a while. Had enough of the scum on bb to be honest. Jackson and his mates etc | jerrymouse
26/5/2021 09:39 | Lo and behold, the leaf is gone. I'm adding here. | ohojim
26/5/2021 09:38 | Fair play - called it correctly, Jerry. I'm in for the long haul. | daveboy19

25/5/2021 23:12 | Genuine poster, glad there still some around these boards | jerrymouse
25/5/2021 23:08 | Can't sell something I don't own yet not interested in buying because somone said it was x price last year. That means nothing imho. When it reaches my target I'll buy, when it hits a resistance I'll sell. This ran up and hit a wall, ADVFN gangs are pumping it up. BUT it is a good stock so genuine holders need not worry imo. Retraced exactly as I said so far. Not everyone who posts is a de ramper just my honest opinion and I'll wait for entry here! | jerrymouse
25/5/2021 23:01 | Anyone watch the presentation for STX and AGL? Anything of interest said? | donaferentes
25/5/2021 22:55 | The weekly small oscillations in the price that can be seen on the chart are a good example of price movements driven by mass trading habits and algorithms, not fundamentals. Anyone looking at the chart could see that if the price kept up the pattern of the last month or two with weekly cycles up and down of a few pence, the price would come down from the 60p peak of yesterday, probably as far down as 54p. So I delayed buying and today it got down to 55.5p and I bought in. I maybe should have waited until tomorrow when I suspect it'll be cheaper again, but I thought I'd seize the opportunity anyway. Those chart squiggles got me an entry point 4.5p lower than if I'd just decided STX had good fundamentals at the weekend and bought in on Monday. | cassini
25/5/2021 20:22 | I’m not a chartist but I do believe that the market is not all about fundamentals but crowd herd sentiment which is externally driven. So if the group sentiment is negative then in the short term this tends to influence the price downwards. The market, like everything in life, is not linear but it’s full of spirals and waves and hence the waterfall pattens can be seen in stock movements. Hence the charts help, sometimes, to increase your chances of success if you are lucky enough to “see” the turning points in the stock market movements. It’s not an exact science but making use of the charts could help at times to take profits if the stocks have moved away from the mean. As you know, everything most of the time, returns to the mean unless an outlier which is very rare. | gurunostradamus
25/5/2021 19:33 | Lot of New poster Chartists on STX now. I don't get it - surely it's about fundamentals and macro environment not just lines? Id welcome s brief explanation from one of you please | powerp2
25/5/2021 18:56 | Nothing to get excited about ,I think we have gone a little too far too fast on hope. So my take on the chart will not make the ramper’s very happy but in a risk off session I can see the possibility of a correction to 44 p .I might nibble again at that level. However hope stocks are a small part of my portfolio my main investments are in Energy and Banks sectors which are relatively stable with consistent growth while paying good reliable dividends. That allows me to sleep soundly at night and sometimes I have to admit during the day especially just after lunch. | baddogrex1
25/5/2021 18:46 | I love that chart ohojim.....will be a butterfly soon. | purchaseatthetop
