Dear old Zac says up to 80p by the end of March. I wonder if he knows there is a chance of a fund raise around that time....

awise355 big buys have been evident throughout since the share price dropped. I really do think something is round the corner and the old cliché "someone knows something" is meaningful in this instance. STX is so undervalued at current price.

Machinist - I fully sympathise with you. Been in myself for about 3.5 years, and averaged up several times. I'm at about a £, but hold quite a few and now well underwater. Let's hope the worst is behind us all now, and the BOD break the habit and announce something quickly and positively in early March. Although maybe not as lucrative in the medium/long term, I would prefer the original option of a solid partner deal to allow the product to be on the shelves asap for a nice up front and decent %ages to get them to profitability in 2022/3. Good luck all.

After 2 years I am still in. Averaging 1.4085 and just passed 70 years of age l am wondering wether I am going to live long enough for this US deal to be sorted and make me a profit :-(

Ironically the failed licencing Saga for US may have done STX a favour as it has led to 2 or 3 options that will be more beneficial to the share price in the medium to long run:

1. Going on its own - if they get it right then this is by far the most lucrative
2. Sub-licencing to partner(s) in combination with going alone
3. Licencing exclusively with substantial upfront payments

There is of course the 4th option, though the least plausible and it is of course selling the business altogether. This will require offers of £3 upwards if it is to be acceptable to shareholders.

So imho, patience will prevail.

GLA.

Loan facility confirmed to provide funds until year end
Money at 10% from Director so it’s a good bet that he is confident enough of prospects to take this risk
We live in hope🙏

Analysis shows us key decision points at 54p (probably today), and then 70-ish. I'll know more then.

Seems to be a lot of stock available so either a big seller in the background or market makers getting short ahead of a placing? Given low volumes perhaps the latter.

I know it doesn't feel like it but the price action is exactly what we're looking for. 100% convinced positive news is iminent.

By the way the price is actually going . It does look like about 45p . The funding price. As it's staying around this price for a while now. Thinking to buy soon. I watch this week to see how price reacts .

Time will see the story emerge I suspect but perahps the former CEO left because he presented a USA deal to the [pathetic excuse for a] Board and major shareholders, which was not approved, so he told them he'd had enough and took his toys home. The H2H retraction was presumably down to the then CMO, as he got removed soon after and before the founder resigned.

Sterrit seems to have done OK subsequently both in share sales and taking a new position.

Let's remember he created and led the company as it acqired the IP, took the product through development and then approval in EU and USA, sorted the Norgine deal, sorted the China deal, took the company to a market cap c. £200m etc...

The absolute issues we face here are massive over-promising from incumbent CEO in the interims RNS in September (go back and read the RNS) and subsequent media coverage (listen to his interviews from then), followed by a complete disaster of an RNS in December, which will go down in history as how to appalling communicate no news!!

Im guessing the current doldrums are due to the company presenting/marketing their plans and finance needs to IIs... so everything goes quiet as the brokers/covering analysts know what's going on,leaving only PIs to trade. If so, we should hear something soon as those IIs won't agree to be being 'inside' for any prolonged period, so STX will either have to announce a financing or cleanse the market in the very near term.

I guess we will see...
