Bought another 1000 shares in my SIPP this morning. Slowly accumulating more after selling a chunk at 160 odd. Can't decide how big to go at present but there is no doubt it is good value at this level.

Best. So you are saying sales of 600m+ will justify market cap of 370m?

That valuation is based on peak sales in Eu €130m USA $410m China $126m so its several years down the line. How they can increase the valuation at the moment on the current fundamentals is crazy I’m just been honest it’s laughable and makes no sense. Before I get negative comment I’m a long term holder but these brokers are clueless and have less understanding of the business than some PI in most cases and don’t forget are getting payed handsomely as well.

Good derisked place to put some money.IMHO/DYOR. Covid hasn’t stopped production, and if anything has got to have helped push IV to the side and open up the option for a well tolerated alternative. Just need now Norgine trading update in Europe.. RNS seemed positive in this regard US deal sorting and the massive stability that will bring How the H2H can be used moving forward. Clearly a lot of it can. How China is progressing Etc Seems just positive news flow die IMHO. 180/200 was the price reached after FDA approval and before China etc. So atm a great price I reckon.

Cranky - the £12m for 2020 will include Chinese upfront payment - so c£9m. So royalties c£3m for 2020. Current numbers are slightly irrelevant IMHO. Get the US deal signed and we could start selling in Q3/Q4 - manufacturing has already commenced to complete potential US initial order in Sept 2020. Might also be possible to have limited access to Chinese market for specific conditions - being discussed with regulators i think. The great news is Edison think 315p without US deal. So even at only 50% of this valuation we are c40% undervalued at 115p

Ok. Thanks. £12 million in royalties on UK and Germany sales? Optimistic in my view. It’s not trending that way.

Cranky - Edison hasn't included any US money in 2020 and 2021 revenue estimates as deal has not been signed. 2020 money is Chinese upfront payment and European sales. When US deal is signed these numbers and share valuation will be updated.

This is a strange one. How can they suddenly shift the buy price from 114 to 120 !

Tried dummy trade they're making it hard to sell even tiny amounts but can buy easily suggesting not that much demand for shares.

Hopefully they don’t have to hand any of that back. Wondering if 23rd June needs to pass before any deal can/will be announced...

This was at 180-200p after FDA approval and so presumably the the price will recover to that level on expectation of US deal and as FDA approval still stands .Then when deal announced who knows 250p ? Pure guess anything possible as has been seen recently

In accordance with AIM Rule 26, in so far as the Company is aware as at 14th April 2020, the percentage of the Company’s issued share capital that is not in public hands is 68%. I forgot just how few shares are in PI hands..32%. And by the look of recent events, strong holders too that are looking long term. That ridiculous mark down on Friday shows we have strong holders who know the prospects here. No wonder the price starts rising quick on low volume, no one giving up their shares

Great work on the numbers Shield are responsible for manufacture costs but not sure what the margin comes out at Which would give the actual bottom line on the £70 million revenue but a substantial number even up to 2021 just need the USA deal ASAP . Agree with Steve the big mark down yesterday at the bell was fake it wasn’t tradable amazing how it’s legal but we have seen some unbelievable trading especially Friday in a number of stocks

Our contract manufacturing partners continue to manufacture Feraccru (R) for us without disruption. We rely on a UK company to manufacture ferric maltol, the active pharmaceutical ingredient (API) in Feraccru (R) , and a French company to convert the API into finished packs. Our UK manufacturer is currently working on a campaign to manufacture around 12.5 metric tonnes of ferric maltol which should be completed by the end of September 2020. This will provide us with sufficient API to last throughout 2021. Our French manufacturer is also continuing to manufacture finished packs for sale by Norgine and AOP in Europe, and we have also placed orders for launch supplies of US packs so that we will be in a position to supply US packs promptly when we have secured a US commercial partner. This actually is a very encouraging. "The UK manufacture of ferric maltol is currently working on a campaign manufacture 12.5 tonnes".....they have to be under instruction from Shield , they will not be producing unnecessarily..so Shield must have a feel for what is needed. And you would think this is also a minimum, you would not want to over produce. Can we presume this figure does not include ferric maltol demand that will come from the US also ? Oh and then there will be China and Hong Kong in future... OK , now I'm getting excited !

It does suggest a hell of a lot of demand for stock. I presume that’s why they reported it. Otherwise it’s an odd thing to report.
