ricochet is a brilliant company and I though RDF might have gone for it so it's great news for Shed.

The future for Shed is now very much more secure, imo.

That's not to say that there might not be some profit taking over the next few days.

But a great share to have over the medium to longer term

Hard luck wormcatcher. Been there a few years ago. Learnt the lesson of when something seems too good to be true, it usually is. Best to focus on cashflow IMHO. That's very hard to fudge.

After the LGB fiasco I am taking out some of my investments that are in profit so have reduced right down this morning on this one.
Not a reflection on SHDP though - think the future is bright; just a bit p"£$$£d off with the stockmarket today.

I agree - The statement is ambiguious. The share price fall suggests RDF Media is considering acquiring IWC Media.

"The Board of RDF Media notes the press speculation regarding the possible
acquisition by it of IWC Media ('IWC') and confirms that it is in early stages
of discussions with IWC."

Grigor,

It was a clumsily worded statement,(imo) its actually RDF talking about a take over of IWC.

I hold both RDF and Shed, and both are very sensitive to selling pressures.

Doesn't take much volume either way to shift the price.

Think both companies could do very well over the medium term, but as WJC suggested earlier it would be very comforting if they could come up with another blockbuster series.

In the meantime I hold and may very well be tempted to add.

I noticed that RDF Media are discussing a possible bid from IWC Media.

Any idea why the share price of RDF Media has fallen?

worm - the div was "recommended", so presumably it will be passed at the AGM, assuming there is one.

True. Good results. Think I'm going to hold off though until they have found another franchise along the lines of FW or BB, both of which can only be recommissioned so many times.
