29/7/2020 11:06 | Whilst zero growth may well apply to many companies in the current situation I would have thought cyber security would still be a growth sector - hardly a day seems to go by without some major hacking scandal. In addition if they can convert that cash into an earnings enhancing asset that will also produce growth.I haven't read the Cenkos snore but on the face of it it sounds too conservative. | husbod
29/7/2020 10:55 | Cenkos forecasting zero growth in the current year might be part of that bucket of water. | podgyted
29/7/2020 10:03 | Well, a bucket full of cold water from Mr Market! I wonder why this share is unloved? | ramridge
29/7/2020 09:02 | Maybe they wanted to keep the cash available for acquisitions? | husbod
29/7/2020 08:33 | Per balance shhet, there are no long term debts apart from creditors due after 1 year. so net debt = -3.3m ? as at the date of accounts | ramridge
29/7/2020 08:20 | Good results....trying to find the net debt figure! but end of notes "Following the year-end and further to discussions with the ex-vendors of Brookcourt, it was agreed that the outstanding balance which was due to be paid in full on 17 April 2020 would be extended with the final balance to be paid in full by 31 August 2020." makes me wonder if cash was super tight and placing and deferral of defcon was required? Sort of sobers the assessment up? Will continue to watch | qs99
29/7/2020 08:12 | There is a lot to like here # move to profitability from a loss making operation # higher margins due to better change in mix of revenues # adj eps positive, +0.08 # adj net profit +1.7m # Free Cash Flow + 3.8m on first glance, I think these numbers beat broker forecasts. It all looks sustainable. will be taking an opening position | ramridge
29/7/2020 08:09 | Getting sell quotes at offer price. Edit - didn't last, now quoting 10p under the bid. Standard SWG. | spectoacc
29/7/2020 08:09 | That'll do nicely. Fully intend to welcome more new businesses to the group as they consolidate the highly fractured sector. No actual deals yet though. | husbod
29/7/2020 08:07 | Outstanding results. Cash inflows/generation so much better than I envisaged. Back to 3 pounds then | imjustdandy
29/7/2020 08:01 | Someone paid 221p for 5k, they need to learn Limit Orders.. | spectoacc
29/7/2020 07:52 | Looks positive pre opening. Someone was keen yesterday accumulating 40461 at a premium price at 204p announced after the close. Someone has definitely been mopping up at this level. | tole
29/7/2020 07:47 | Loss before tax £1.2mSome creative accounting in the detailed numbers to say the least.Good job that £4m RCF is in place otherwise there would be more placing dilution coming | 2lb
29/7/2020 07:16 | Update reads extremely bullish. Suspect we will see the share price recover from here. | northwards
27/7/2020 16:14 | I think the results will be pretty much as already announced. Acquiring in the lockdown environment will be very tricky imho. Due diligence will be difficult to perform. First quarter performance will be key. Again I think gaining new business is tricky when people aren’t at their desks, they tend to roll over contracts which will be fine for Brookcourt. A lot of project work has been put on hold in the market. If first quarter numbers are same as last year that would be good I think. | rockstar10
27/7/2020 15:54 | I have a sneaky feeling all will be fine. | northwards
27/7/2020 11:58 | Indeed.Interesting though that the share price is creeping up despite the vast majority of the trades being sells according to the ADVFN computer. Someone accumulating in the background? | husbod
26/7/2020 17:01 | If they are not out this week, we may have a problem. | northwards
26/7/2020 15:31 | If there isn't we need to worry given the company has said the results would be out towards the end of the month. Results as expected followed by an RNS about a decent acquisition would be good. | husbod
24/7/2020 09:27 | Presumably results next week. | northwards
22/7/2020 16:18 | "The Board looks forward to announcing audited underlying FY20 EBITDA(1) in excess of GBP3m later next month, in line with our April Trading Update." Any bets on whether that's £3.01m? | adae
16/7/2020 07:01 | Hi 2LB I'm obviously not looking in the right places as I couldn't find any info regarding your post - are you able to expand on your statement ? Obviously you could be right as why would the SWG share price drop from 290p to just under 200p !! Thanks in advance. | channel pirate
15/7/2020 18:13 | Fun and games ahead..... The SWG main shareholder appears to have hit upon hard times...... | 2lb
