Lowest ask on show is 204p, but only for 1000 shrs - hence the 205.87p paid earlier today for a lot which was slightly over that level.

SWG looking good ahead of the finals advised for "late July".

I notice Berenberg's tp of 400p (down from 500p) of 30-3-2020, is still in place.

I think yesterday's RNS helped - but it does feel like a seller has been cleared. They also must be close to nailing an acquisition I suspect.

Could be cp although I think yesterday's RNS confirming the guidance and approximate date for the results might also have something to do with it.Surprised that those moaning about the lack of announcements etc haven't commented.

Maybe the 158000 share trade this morning at 10-23am is the "big seller" out of the way !! as the share price has 'lifted' a tad since.

Placing was only 7.1% dilution, share price dropped over 22%.

Any reason for this being 22% below it's recent placing price?.They do seem to be floating inconsistent EBITDA numbers about for year end, in early April they said in excess of £3m, on 24th April it was in excess of £3.2m, now it's in excess of £3m again. Likewise cash at year end was forecast to be £3m on 2nd April but £3.3m on 24th April. May seem immaterial but a c10% range in key numbers seems odd to me.They seem to be generating decent levels of cash though (H1 £1.7m) and cash positive (£1m) at commencement of next FY should be okay and can see the need for the placing for acquisitions, just not too certain this commands a PE of about 29 (quick calcs eps 6.5p)........it appears to be in profitable growth phase now though, ermm decisions!.

Quite agree T2, IMO, the secarma shares are still being offloaded. Another 25k today. The price reflects the excess number of shares that the mms hold. The audited results at the end of July, and subsequent price rise will justify your patience.

Surely 180p ish must be bottom. Tempting to add at these prices as my butt is getting uncomfortable sitting on this fence that I have been doing for a while now !! 232p was the last time I added, (edit: forgot I put a few in the ISA at 206p) so maybe another few now - but how many times have I said that before....

Lack of news doesn't mean nothing is happening. An RNS is only appropriate once they have contracted to buy one or more of their targets. And as someone else has already stated they could well be delaying the results so they can announce the acquisitions at the same time or shortly thereafter. If so they must be in advanced negotiations with one or more companies.I'm a glass half full guy me.

I agree Fergus, the lack of communication is very frustrating. There’s nothing on their web page. I wouldn’t be surprised if they’re negotiating a purchase. I can’t see why else they were in such a hurry with the placing, and the credit facility.i still think it’s an opportunity to top up at bargain prices.

And so the relentless decline and selling continue. This Board of Directors really are something else in terms of their inability to communicate with the market and shareholders. They excel in this 'art'.

Nothing to stop them saying the Results have been delayed by Cov-19 but do they bother ? Not on your nelly. They will probably hide behind a NOMAD excuse whereas other companies are smart enough to by-pass such niceties using Corporate Twitter accounts.

Not Shearwater though. So very sad.
