Share plc (AIM:SHRE.LN) announces that on Monday 7(th) January Mrs Virginia Oldham, a person closely associated with the Chairman, Mr Gavin Oldham, purchased 2,146 Ordinary Shares of 0.5 pence in the Company in the open market by way of a standing dividend re-investment instruction at an allocation cost of 23.9 pence per share.

Following this transaction, the Gavin Oldham family concert party (which includes Mrs Oldham) has a total holding of 98,874,868 Ordinary Shares, which represents approximately 68.83% of the current issued Ordinary Shares.
