They have signed contracts before

Not all made money

Some resulted in legal action

Their track record is patchy at best

Still like I said some punters will buy today







Methinks this is a prelude to trying to raise cash on the back of the rise due to a contract the value of which is unknown in terms of margins


If they move quick they might get 5p to 6p a share circa 40% discount to market price

Not sure who the buyers will be though

For me the sensible play is wait for funding solution. Hope for gap back up to 13. Take half money off the table and let it ridw

Just looked at fundamentals for shft on advfn,
the have it on a NAV of 77p, I wish.But saying that,
if they get the funding sorted out, now the Lonmin
strike is out the way, could easily 4 or 5 bag over
next few months, not to worried about the litigation,
sounds like sour grapes.
