Why ?
I aint the one losing money here!!

In 12 months from now this will still be farting about paying 8% interest on loans and wages to some American slapper and her underwhelming team of incompetents.

I bet you £100 quid that during the year you will get an RNS that states
THINGS ARE STARTING TO LOOK GREAT AND WE EXPECT SIGNIFICANT progress to be made in the coming 12 monthsssssssssssssszzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

I mean why should this year be any different than the last 16.

That loan in February was not linked to the chairman

Loan Facility

The Company also announces that it has obtained an unsecured short term loan facility for £1,000,000 from Herald Investment Trust plc, to take effect from 8 February 2016 and repayable in full on the 16 December 2016, accruing interest at a rate of 8 per cent per annum (the "Loan"). The purpose of this Loan is for on-going working capital purposes and in order to continue R&D investment.

Buying at 2.5p - does that mean they are exercising their options? And selling them all at 2.625p today?"

I just didn't know options could be exercised below the amount stated in the Annual Accounts (5.25p) You live and learn

You been on your holidays as your last post anywhere was in 2014

Now we can see who they have been trading for:

ServicePower Technologies Plc (AIM: SVR), a market leader in workforce management software, announces that on 17 May 2016, Hugh Fitzwilliam-Lay, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, and Marne Martin, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, purchased 661,731 and 327,354 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company respectively ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 2.5 pence per Ordinary Share (the "Transaction").
