26/8/2006 14:53 | I tried to check that JG but couldn't get through to anyone. Got a bit busy and forgot to try again last week. If I think of it I'll call this week - I can't believe it takes 5 months to put the iterim results together, Finals might take time but not unaudited interims. In fact I'm not sure what the rules are but are they allowed that long to publish interims? That will be 4 months+. CR | cockneyrebel
17/8/2006 14:52 | Purely out of interest, I called the company this morning and a lovely lady told me that interim results won't be out till November. No specific date has been set but November is the month. A little later than I would expect seeing as last year's were issued in August. Oh well, this one will continue sleeping for a couple of months I suspect. | jgscott
14/8/2006 15:55 | Yep, still holding. I figure they arern't going to move till the results or the day of the results - often seems to be the way with property companies as they seem to be less predictable that companies that are based on easily forecastable earnings rather than making money from assets. I'm not sure of the results date either, although it was the 18th last year I'm not sure it's definite for the 18th this year, might be a tad later as that's a Friday. I had been meaning to call the company for a firm date but the market has been that dull I must have dozed off. Happy to wait for them whenever they come really. Didn't seem many interested I thought. CR | cockneyrebel
14/8/2006 15:30 | CR - are you still in these? Its so quiet considering results are a few days away. | matt9991

18/7/2006 08:22 | Regus eyeing YSP according to the times (rumour). SVO should benefit if the sector hots up. YSP up 10% today CR | cockneyrebel
17/7/2006 12:31 | Must be due another leg up soon imo. 4 weeks to the results - think this period will prove strong myself. CR | cockneyrebel
12/7/2006 10:38 | Actually the amount of workstations have doubled compared to the last set of results. The last set covered circa 800, the current year has 1600. There are synergies and cost savings from these too that will affect this years earnings. For the year they had pretax of 680K - the 488K property revaluation leaving 192K. Even disregarding the property that was a circa 400K improvement over last year. I think the business has only just started to grow and this year they will start to see the benefits. They will also continue to have property revaluations that add to the performance. 1p eps this year looks achievable to me without any property revaluation which we'll find out more of at the interims in a month.
