So the total number of the Company's shares which can be traded on the WSE at any given point in time is 78,629,941. These are currently priced at around 20p.

Does this disparity with London show where this share price is heading?

Dan Dan. Read the RNS awhile ago explains the disparity regarding share price between London & Poland.

Anyway hopefully this is now over its selling episode of the last few weeks got to get up to 5p initially to say it’s broken out of trading range since 2p placing,everything looks good in Romania so when will we find out about putting pumps in the old oil wells.

Chart looks like this is about to move on up.

A good proactive interview, last week and all now self funded with no debt.
No further dilution on the horizon so get in early before that expected financial report is issued.
Those $3m worth of shares issued for debt held by the bank and not likely to be moved on for some months.
Dual listing looks odd in comparison between share price values.

Looking good. It is time to take the plunge as Mcap is too low.

It is on the IG list of 1000+ stocks where without notice they moved to100% margin last Monday. That on its own would be bad news but then they said by 29th March, all positions had to be closed. I guess punters having to sell. After 29th March one would hope for rebound, but before then, more weakness?

Strongly thinking of selling out completely today.

I had a dream last night, more of a revelation actually.

I no longer want a company weighed down by actual physical assets like gas wells, production plants and oil wells.

All that continuous cash flowing to company coffers, staffed by competent, highly experienced staff, is just so old fashioned.

No, my future lies in a company with ‘vision’.

Preferably lead by completed charlatans who specialise in ‘vision’, and aren’t bogged down by old world terms like, profit, and, reality.

I’m looking for a company that is crypto centric, and will employ ESG tautology to cure COVID by smoking cannabis and inserting CBD suppositories?

Any suggestions?

From California Joe's BlogSerinus Energy (SENX) announced the flow-test results of the Moftinu-1008 well in Romania. Approximately 667 boe/d, a decent result from a 1,000 metre well. SENX is traded on both the London and Warsaw markets, with the share price in the latter being several times that of the former. The company has attempted to explain this by pointing out that while all 1,140,660,629 issued and outstanding shares are eligible to be traded on AIM, only 78,629,941 of these shares are eligible to be traded on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. Regardless, some still prefer to ignore the implications of the "float" numbers and continue to insist the Warsaw price proves that the London price is a bargain.

PoO is up, PoG is high in Romania, production is up and will increase further, costs are down...sp is down from 4p although it is up quite a bit from 12 months lows, although that is down a lot from 12 month highs...so why the fek is the share price staying around these levels and not heading back towards 10pps?

It is pretty depressing watching the drip, drip alright.

Up until 3 years ago I would have sold out, but I've now learnt the advantages of patience and averaging down.

The fundamentals are solid, value will out eventually.
