Posted at 05/10/2022 13:37 by dandadandan The market has judged this BoD today. It looks like to have 3 dusters on the trot is just incompetence. Spending $867k on that final duster was the 'last nail in the coffin' for many investors. The technical support is not providing value at 3 - 0. But when your share price is in the gutter and you have this level of revenue turnover it should only head towards the stars, imo. Are some of the BoD active or are they just counting their pension pots. What a poor performance and response. Where is the interview from their leader? Posted at 02/9/2022 09:57 by honestmarty Last investor phone in, Somebody pointed out that Directors had extracted entire current Mcap over recent years, whilst shareholders, who own the company, have seen no dividends and watched their capital plummet. The new issue here was at 20p (2p) 19 months ago it opened at circa 40 p and just collapsed, on the promise of the Sancrai well which was a duster.Auld said nothing for ages until recently...in which time the shares were consolidated and now have lost 75% from their highs, and 50% from their issue price. Imo this man is a crook (buys shares at 9.2p...its never traded that low). Good luck but Delt is a far better bet.. Read Full Thread Follow Reply

When can investors expect a return on our investments? Bod are paid well to perform and they even gave themselves shares during Covid times. Speak up JA and prove your worth, do not take credit for that windfall money your CFO can do that as it is squirreled away... Will we get a new presentation or will it be a lazy copy of past slides? Posted at 21/12/2021 15:59 by badger60 Dunno...So far Hadron has sold...EBRD is a reasonable selling possibility, as they are not investors as such but converted 50% of the loan to shares, and now the time limit is up they probably don't want them. Not what investors want to happen. Imo, given that Auld has very little, if any , room to manoeuvre....... Lack of liquidity will force large investors to hold, but probably coupled with a declining share price Auld is in a very weak position. Read Full Thread Follow Reply
