It has lost approximately 90% value since funds were raised couple of years back.Company management has been delivering constant FAILURES for the last three years.This company is run by useless people and top of the list is J.Auld. who are only interested in paying themselves huge salaries |
Posted at 21/8/2023 10:28 by trader4ever Three years ago J.Auld raised funds at approximately 25p per share (post consolidation) and within three years he has wasted all the money) Paying himself and his incompetent management huge salaries without delivering any shareholder value. So from 25 p to 2.5 p lost almost 90% of the share price in three years.i hope he is not able to raise more fund as he has no credibility left. he will definitely destroy the remaining cash as well what ever is left. In the last three years NO success only delivering FAILURES consistently. For new investors, be very careful before investing in this company, It is run by the most incompetent management you will ever come across. They are only interested in paying themselves huge salaries. |
Posted at 18/8/2023 14:31 by bigger is better Of course, it's he, buys the company off the market; he could make £3m-£4m by running it for him.You buy the company for £4m-£5m, capex and opex paying for themselves, you get £2m-£3m return. Investors paid all the Capex and infrastructure. |

The upcoming investor presentation only concerns Q1 2023 according to the RNS.I would have thought that Auld and his crew have a lot of explaining to do in relation to the ongoing disaster that has decimated the share price over the past 3/4 years. |
