I'm sure serica will be locking in more hedges. Gas trading 35 per therm winter 2020.
Also net production to serica will be double what it is today in a little over 18 month's. Starting with an increase from rhum 3 and Columbus next year

Face the other way...?What chance of the 40p gap getting closed at the height of panic in 4-6 weeks when large parts of the US are locked down?

I see theres a brokers note out by Peel Hunt bless them they have been miles off the value, we are in a market crash and value goes out the window, Gas is cheap and it will get cheaper, 30p is my target as crashes skew every value as the inverse pyramid unravels , lots of companies will go to the wall with big debts which will effect the banks and so on,

Which agenda FB? They want to create FUD? I might buy that one. I just don't understand why they'd want to protect coastal real estate from a threat they believe doesn't exist.

No mate. I don't believe it at all. Have you never heard of agendas? They are all around you.

It doesn't matter who you're talking about. Your point makes no sense regardless. These investors / owners want to save their property value - not needlessly back a false science of man-made climate change. Any investment they (theoretically) have put into this research is aimed at finding the actual answers so it will actually help them... they have no vested interest in getting it wrong. So your argument actually backs me up - IF all this research is backed by these property owners; then it's likely the derived outcomes aren't at all biased towards an outcome of man-made climate change. They're biased towards finding the actual problem and have all concluded independently that it's frickin man-made. Comprende?

I'm not actually talking about nice beachfront properties. Instead I'm referring to the people who own places like London and New York, Singapore, Tokyo, Seoul, the list is endless.

Well, I'm retired now but I do like geraniums, as I expect you know. You can't be a gardener these days without liking mud. Foot in mouth , perhaps.

It's not what I'm told FB; it's what I've researched and what I've read, what I've applied my own critical thinking skills to - in light of scientific evidence. Try it.You didn't understand my point about your coastal argument did you? Your argument doesn't hold water (pardon the pun) at all; it's self contradictory.

Give me a scientific dispute, rather than a baseless, subjective one stemmed in conspiracy FB and we can happily debate it. Until then I'll consider your views to be completely and comprehensively uninformed on the entire matter. Climate change deniers are up there with flat-earthers these days; there's really no excuse.
