BP involved again in a creative transaction, production of over 1100 boepd attributable to UOG from 1 Jan 2019, cost $16m hence RTO, current market cap just £11m, no debt cash rich :-)

Ok before you mention it FB yes it is Egypt so care required!

Found myself in another RTO today! (that makes 3 with RRE and SQZ previously!)

"Proposed Transaction would be a Reverse Takeover ("RTO") under the AIM Rules and therefore United's shares have been suspended pending the publication of an AIM admission document"

I see that pairing as cavalier versus Roundhead. No prizes for guessing.

Would make perfect sense to tie up and join forces with RRE - so aligned in terms of strategy.

My money's on another deal sooner rather than later, although just a hunch.

Yeah JOG news is why I asked... I guess we've got the Columbus dev to work on. But yeah another U.K. field for after Columbus wouldn't go amiss... that said; if they're making progress on a cash generative acquisition and can't afford the time to focus on licensing rounds then fair enough... would love to hear some progress news on that front fairly soon though!

Anyone know of Serica was trying to get anything out of the latest licensing rounds? If so, we should hear something soon? Or maybe not...?

got to be a first lol!
Nigel will frame that :)

I must say I can't see any changes to the Rhum arrangements as they are working well and there is no reason for the US to punish SQZ or the UK to escalate that situation.

Really. Well the UK seems to have a reputation historically of plundering and robbing around the world . Wonder why we got that reputation then.

Not a chance pineapple. The UK is not in the business of stealing assets.
