Edging better now in very low volume. I wonder what time the Hardys wake up.

overslept but very happy with a solid set of results; half expected another acquisition with all that cash accumulating; I suspect they are pursuing suitable opportunities

Fag packet calculations and purely for illustration...if Serica did nothing else but sold through their reserves and shut the business in 7 years time they would likely be returning in excess of £1.5 billion to the owners - current valuation £300 million!! Great results and fantastic to now have greater clarity on the (relatively) de-risked vast upside potential.

LG agreed, Serica is not a bank so why keep the cash, they must have a good reason to hold onto it. The results also state there intention to keep looking especially in the North Sea. I suspect they have signed several disclosure documents, so time will tell.

At current rates, generating net cash of $150,000,000 a years...wow whats not to like in that!

Hint, yes, but I am still disappointed that they couldn't find £13 millions for a dividend this time - just six weeks' cashflow. They must be planning something pretty big with all their money. Decent set of numbers by the way, hints at big things to come.

Great set of results, maybe at the lower estimates of some postings I have seen, brilliant Q4 figures at 30k boe. No divi but cash stacking up very nicely. I shall be keeping long on this one. GLA

Just under $40m cash generated in Q1 2019 alone... pretty damn reasonable if you ask me! Hope they've got another iron in the fire. Assets and cash flow at the mo is valued at £220m (market cap minus cash of £80m). So 70m barrels of reserves generating £125m positive cash flow in 2019 is valued at £220m...I'd call that cheap. No?

Was half expecting some exciting news with another deal but nothing we don't know already. Good results with this main point standing out for me. Cash balances and term deposits stood at US$91.8 million at 31 March 2019, compared to US$54.9 million at 31 December 2018, a US$36.9 increase during the first three months of 2019

I dont think there is anything to fear. Sqz has been performing well production wise. The gas price was gd for the period concerned. It will be gd to get an idea if the average selling price and how much the hedge costs. Being in effect a new company (RTO) its hard to value accurately until these results are in. Gd luck holders. GG - no position.

To be honest I've no real idea what to expect tomorrow. The results should be good, but there's a significant uncertainty factor as Serica is now such a different animal and we don't really know all the details. Add that to a fickle market and it just makes it a bit nerve wracking. Still my biggest holding and every confidence in the management and am a fairly long term holder. In any case Good luck to all for tomorrow.

Expecting a rise tomorrow, up to £2 mark or above. The divi will drive it.

A 5p dividend would cost them just £13 millions. Not too much to ask for, surely? Wouldn't do the share price any harm, either.
