I'd like to see a farm in to Namibia. With those huge deep water prospects which may (or more likely may not) contain 500m BOE or more that could get some blue sky thinking.
BP after spending $50m on detailed 3D mapping never did really say why they decided not to drill. Maybe they were not confident enough but reading SQZ interpretation of things it would appear that there are some clearly identifiable prospects.
Just need to find someone prepared to cough up the rather large sums involved. Maybe higher oil prices will give a major the confidence to give it a go.
Its the wild card here but i'd like to see it happen.
imho

I suspect a bit of end of week profit taking and moderate resistance level will see is fall short of previous highs today. Always happy to be proven wrong.

On topic can be boring at times. And results in very few posts most days.

6624 why? What's the big deal, you can just ignore the fluff or filter, it's not like we are being aggressive or rude to one another?

6620 no not yet mate.
That is just me being excellent host!
I do have some nice rums actually but unfortunately cant really drink alcohol too much so just gave to look now LOL!! Bounty, wethers is my favourite restaurant. When we break £1.2 I may take my gf and kid out there for a celebratory slap up meal. £1.3 and they don't have to have the meal and drink option.

just reread the recent results in detail and can see why this is going up, not to mention the current price of oil, not checked gas prices but presume also encouraging

You've bought the pub, then?

Exactly I have a very nice rum collection but some of these are special so I would have to charge my guests a premium price for them. I would charge standard pub prices for normal wine, gin, vodka and whiskey.
I'm not tight me, honest John.

If it hits 90p today I'll be breaking into my store of Waitrose vintage Champagne reserved for high days, holidays, and weekends when the wife goes to stay with here school chum..

Ok but if this share price keeps on rising and say we break 90p today, I 'may' drop part of the contribution applicable, to pizzas and soft drinks to 'cost price' only.
Would that tempt you or chesty for example?

NEWSFLASH I've got to go out soon but I've received a bloody e mail that the (world famous) cheeseburger pizza has at last arrived at my local papa John's.
I may be getting a few (sqz celebratory) pizzas again this weekend!
Anyone want to pop in?

I don't know about breaking 85p this week but it's got to next as we get nearer to r3 spud date.
I'm well happy now that we are starting to hit new identifiable crystallisation points of further share price evaluation.
1. Spud r3 plus results
2. Further Columbus advancement
3. Row well further news plus spud
4. Hand over of bkr assets
5. Erskine permanent solution 3qtr plus temporary any time now?

What's not to like LOL!!
