These recovery stocks often tend to get ahead of themselves. Even at £1.20 the market cap is £1.3b, for a company that is cash flow negative for the foreseeable future. People look at past values on charts as a guide to the future and forget they represent times when there were less shares in issue and before higher margin parts of the business were sold off. If the balance sheet provisioning is accurate then debt will still be ramping up over time regardless of any earnings reported.

This stock used to be heavily shorted in the past - but now only ~3% based on declared positions. Key to see if this increases again, as well as if the Management buy more shares in the market again.
