#388 - very well done, it's always the buying back after the sale that's tricky.

Won't take much good news to lift SSIT again IMO. Just something to prove the NAV has legs.

Well spotted Ram. Delayed once and could do again unless it can differentiate itself from ispace, by the sounds of the article.

As far as I can see SSIT doesn't indicate what % stake it has (just the % of NAV). If we knew this I guess we could compare revenues (or EBIT) of the 2 companies for a guesstimate of SSIT NAV upside.

Largest holdings keep pumping out good news. Manic share price will continue for a while yet, but eventually settle much nearer to a growing nav.

More good news from one of SSIT holdings Spire Global

SSIT share price operates in a vacuum I guess (no space pun intended), so even a teenage scribbler can move it.

Can't say Mr Crighton's musings have altered my view. Eventually NAV will start to climb IMO, the value in SSIT will become apparent, and discounts to historic NAV may cease.

Then we'll see how Crighton's 40% discount looks.

I bet Stifel only put him on SSIT because his surname sounds like Kryten from Red Dwarf.

Ah-ha - Citywire say it was a Stifel d/g to Neutral. W*nkers.

"Shares in the £226m portfolio of promising early-stage space commercialisation companies dropped 20%, or 12p, to 47p after analyst William Crighton said the doubling in its share price and the narrowing in the discount from an extreme 70% in September to 40% at the start of this week had gone far enough."

SSIT holding Spire Global(SPIR) closed with a rather healthy 27.36% gain on tonight's NYSE and has continued north after hours.
This is on the back of a strategic $10m investment into SPIR from Signal Ocean to drive Digitalisation of the Maritime Economy

Should provide SSIT with a fill up to NAV
As always DYOR

Yes, been a big winner for me and now the largest holding in my SIPP.

Of the top four holdings, which make up 52% of the nav, I think ALL.SPACE is the one that offers really big upside for SSIT over the next couple of years. Being smaller, less mature, and SSIT owning more of it. Of course, that also means it prob has more downside as well. In any case, it does look quite exciting...

SSIT still languishing in the mud.

Management are clearly not doing enough to address the ludicrious NAV-share price disconnect, despite the buyback.
