My X5 to x8 multiple is my optimistic. 100p after all day is where this should be right now. And I think it will be soon.

100p isn't on the optimistic side for this currently. That's a market cap of £59mm. They are an increasingly profitable producer who is currently investing significant sums in their portfolio of mines. Coringa was bought as a prospect for $22mm. Palito and Sao Chico have a track record for both production as well as continual extensions and further resource; palito in particular is worth multiples of Coringa in it's current state. That completely discounts their c.$15mm cash on hand, their low current liabilities (sprott loan) of $4.4mm, and the extremely compelling targets for drilling in the form of Cindarella and others. I agree that around a pound would be fair (but not optimistic) for them in their current guise, the imminent PEA for Coringa should add to that, and the drill targets they identified throughout last year all have the potential to multiply that. Coringa was identified by drilling and became worth $22mm without an ounce coming out of the ground. The targets serabi found are potentially worth many times that, which is why I'm keen to hear more about them.

100p for me is where this should be now... agree it's on the optimistic side but when things start dropping into place on these small caps it's amazing how quick they can re rate.

g7 - I think you're being rather overly optimistic when it comes to where you think the Serabi share price will go with in the next 12 to 18 months. I think double the current share price will be a fair share price for Serabi at the moment.

Logan, cey produce 500,000 and are valued at over one billion pounds. They have a progressive production profile and a great deposit but at 100,000 ounces production I will be looking for 5 to 10 times this share price

Gold miners across the board have had a recent shunt up but are very low on a longer term valuation basis. Easier for pi's to jugggle portfolios than ii's. I am positioning for the gold run as we speak.Srb is my number one junior pick. I think it will multibag from these levels with ease. Now where is that agm statement! Gold holding up very nicely.

Hi Loganair, I disagree strongly with your assumptions and think that those values are way off as I've said previously. Gold miners have been beaten down as gold has been out of favour - I've copied an article from 2011 that shows their multiples when gold wasn't out of favour, as it is becoming to be. Aside from my issues with the EPS forecast for next year that you're quoting, the multiples can be found in point 4 of the article: "Yamana (20x), Goldcorp (21x) and Agnico-Eagle (36x)." hTTps://www.forbes.com/sites/greatspeculations/2011/08/29/five-ms-set-apart-gold-miner-winners-from-losers/#171533e33ca6 To believe that FV on this share is under a pound I find baffling. In addition, Serabi are a rapidly growing producer that is largely self funding at this level (despite buying Coringa and developing both Palito and Sao Chico). Production is going to grow by approximately 50% next year and then to around 150% of production in 2021 (100k oz) when Coringa starts production.

Miners are generally valued at between 6x & 8x EPS. Looking forward to Serabi they're forecast an EPS for 2020 of over 11p which gives them a share price of between 66p and 88p or more. If because the price of gold rises and lower AISC the EPS could easily come in at 13p would give Serabi a share price of between 78p and 104p.

These prices will seem like a giveaway in 12 months once gold is trading in a new range. Fill your boots.

Depends if you look at any graph longer than 2 months! I'd say the opposite! If you actually want a serious response, Anker sold their stake in May into what was at the time an incredibly illiquid market. Some were lucky and bought a load more (thanks Anker!) but they don't have any left to sell now. Garraway may be offloading gently but not sure about that, and they stopped selling when the price went below the mid 40s. So in response, no, don't personally believe a big drop is on the cards again. Quite the opposite, I'm hoping!

Hell of a jump up here, any reason or will it retrace 60% of its rise?

tightfist - I agree with you on the acquisitions. This theme was mentioned in the proxy sheet. I believe Serabi is looking at open pit venture to complement their underground operations. Do you think they are eyeing one or two prospects in Brazil?

Thanks tightfist, grateful for any feedback. The reason I mention Cindarella and the other anomalies a lot is that I personally believe Serabi are looking for "the big one" in the region. It's no secret that the area is under explored aside from the garimpero activity at the surface. The underground lode mining is at present only being conducted by Serabi which is why I think they did the Heli-tem survey. It's basically a big metal detector over their whole tenement. The gold in the region was deposited by igneous intrusions of rock and caught up in the cooling rock forming in the quartz veins. At the moment, Palito and Sao Chico (and likely Coringa too) are like the arms and fingers of this intrusion - they are looking for the main body. The fact that there is have been several mentions of the anomalies leads me to believe that the whole serabi strategy could be about to deliver on one or more of these bodies. And if they do it wouldn't be producing tens of thousands of ounces a year - it would be magnitudes higher. Whilst geologically different in the main, the Comstock deposit was one of these big bodies and I'm just excited to hear when they might be putting a drill down (assuming surface geochemistry is good). They allude to this in the management discussion as well as dropping odd sentences in their RNS'. I know that soil geochemistry was conducted in q1 and they are hopeful to put a few drills down later this year, but just wondered when it might be.

Hi will try a few requests..... personally I am more focussed like Greg on near-term production (see AR p8 etc) and funding...... you also mention Cindarella a lot - can you point me at the date(s) of the relevant RNS. Thanks, tightfist

Gold up 6 high of the day. If it breaks 1350 consensus seems to be money will really start to flow in.

Lol. Fairly presumptuous! Would be great to hear anything of interest, if you are taking requests could you please ask about the soil geochemistry results that were completed in q1 at the cindarella shear, and also if they have any firm dates as to when they might drill? As well as any of the other anomalies?

Excellent. We can expect a full report then. Please press them on the Coringa payment and providing clarity to the market. If we do need more funds I would much prefer a loan to more dilution.... especially at these levels.
