Found this on iii thanks to Cautious optimist

Property Week yesterday reported that Segro was considering tapping shareholders for a further £300m to fund repayment of Brixton's debt falling due in the next 18 months. It is suggested this would be after agreeing takeover of Brixton - though presumably Brixton's lenders and bondholders might require a fully underwritten rights issue as a precondition for agreeing not to call in the loans and bonds following expected covenant breach on 30 June.

Any further information?

The suggestion comes from SocGen and is for £300m subscription at 20p each (which to me seems quite precise and may therefore suggest this is a real proposal). SocGen was one of the lead managers on the £500m capital raising in April.

The "O" trade was probably done earlier in the day and reported
later to give the Market-Maker a chance to close out some of his
position without showing his hand.

The other big trade is the auction uncrossing trade, therefore
an amount matched between several buyers and sellers.

hello,

I am new to this share and have done as mush research as I can, but still have some questions. First is anyone worried that if they buy Brixton they might have to do another RI and also what is the share price worth if we value their assets NAV.
Thanks

SCAP - Shore Capital

350K offered vs 80k bid.

Market-maker "SCAP" (who they, please, anyone?) are
sitting on the offer with 30K to sell and a 100k behind
them and other similar large orders at higher price points.

I guess that's why it's called "resistance".

Edit: SCAP seems to be a genuine seller too - the order is
being left to work rather than being moved off the offer as soon
as it gets hit.
