Seeing Machines (AIM: SEE), an industry leader in computer vision based technologies which enable machines to see, understand and assist people, announces that on 9 October 2017 the Company was informed that on 5 October 2017, Hunter Hall Investment Management Limited (a subsidiary of Pengana Capital Group Ltd) decreased its interest in ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") from 180,612,422 Ordinary Shares to 165,612,422 Ordinary Shares, representing 11.14 percent of the Company's total voting rights.
