Typical smoke and mirrors. What the F does full production mean? Ten, twenty or thirty units a month? Ten thousand a month? Twenty thousand a month?

Seven trials in a global world of millions of commercial vehicles. Appalling.

Next to nothing about after manufacturer. Two and a half years since the last town hall and we've signed one tin pot bus maker in Northern Ireland. This out of a European market size of 330K commercial vehicles.

Gen 3 was all about after manufacturing opportunities with GSR and not after market with fleet managers.

The results read very well, increases and decreases in all the right financial areas!

"the Board expects that Seeing Machines will achieve a cash flow break-even run rate during the calendar year 2025."

"Seeing Machines is well-positioned to achieve continued progress in the coming year, with an expected second-half skew despite some volatility in the Automotive sector affecting the timing of anticipated royalty revenue. This risk is partially mitigated by guaranteed portions of royalty revenue expected to be received within the originally anticipated timeframe, positively impacting cash flow starting in the second half of FY2025 and significantly increasing in FY2026. Considering these factors, the Board anticipates that Seeing Machines' performance for FY2025 will be in line with consensus expectations[2]."

Two highly significant statements!

We cannot escape the obvious negatives & G3 production delays is a highlight as that should be under our control after years & millions in R & D-positive being that is seemingly resolved & we are in full production to meet demand-it would be good to know the amount of orders unfulfilled.
Kates comment re Michaels resignation included an important positive -"the company has funding in place beyond the point at which we expect to become self financing "
Will Directors buy today in decent volumes ?

They finally admit there has been a delay producing Guardian 3. I've been calling out this as an issue for 18 months and a no point until today have they acknowledged the issue. These aren't geopolitical issues. These are bad management and implementation issues for which the ceo should be fired. He has crashed the share price and put our independence at risk.

Colin Barnden is very knowledgeable so I doubt he would have missed new technologies appearing. Also why would Mitsubishi and a number of Directors buy if things were bleak. I still think it will happen but it's taking longer than expected and perhaps they put the DMS into vehicles at a last addition in order to have the latest technology.

There haven't been any contract wins of not for 15 or 16 months and yet for 2 years from this May when Paul and Nick did a puff piece they have been commenting on the delays, but claiming the new contracts would be bigger and better and they are all just about to drop. On that video chat alone never mind anything else they owe us a. Explanation.

As someone has already pointed out and I have for 2 years plus they claim now that any new contract is for 2027 and beyond. However with ncap in January 2026 and GSR 2 in July 2026 which dms companies are supplying all of the 'missing'OEM'S?

Something is definitely not right here.

They have one more month to go before we can say early 2025 is over. That was the latest prediction from Paul when he said we would be busy with new orders. Even if they win more there's still the question posed above regarding 2026 on beyond.

My own belief is that there's more dms companies than the company let on or Colin Barnden and that it's no longer as technically challenging as it once was.

I agree the proactive interview was confusing.
Paul told us there were a lot of RFQs being processed after a barren period in the lead up to legislation coming into place in July 2026
However he then goes on to say that 2026 is already in place and the current RFQs are for 2027 and beyond.
It makes no sense
They were scheduled to take between 45% to 75% of the market but on current order book it's much less than that.
They need to tell us what the hell is going on rather than an utterly confused story.

The interview re Seeing Machines CEO talks FY25 update & growth outlook with Proactive Investors Feb 26th hasn't helped. The man goes from super positive to super negative. He needs to take a leaf out of Smart Eyes CEO's approach and keep and even message. Smart Eye see growth in the current year and beyond - Seeing Machines?? SE are very light on KPI's I know, but deliver a consistent story. Investors in growth stocks need consistency.

The RNS they released yesterday was taken by the market as a negative. Presumably interpreting it as there have been failures so we are shaking up management in an attempt to bring back success.

Well at least the Townhall meeting will be asking searching questions about what the hell is going on.
Why has the share price collapsed

The main questions will be why they haven't won any orders for 6 months or so.
