You can make KPI's read any way you like....
where are the promised deals and when are we going to start making money?
Everything else is just noise

You should always keep an eye on what the "competition" are doing, gives you a better understanding of the whole market and should add to your understanding of what you have apparently invested in.Or not.

The Smarteye share price had crashed in the last couple of years by 80% and down 12% last week. Hardly the signs of a company doing well. I don't think we need to worry about them.

Has what has happened at Smarteye changed anything for us? Did our share price rise? Have we won any OEM contracts as a result. Are OEM’s and fleet customers turning away from Smarteye?

Our own brokers have lowered our share price target and market share. All while Smarteye are in turmoil!!!!

Our previous CFO was a woman. At least get your facts right. And there was a handover of duties unlike Seye where their CFO left on the day it was announced to the market. In the same announcement they said a search for a new CFO was ongoing. Two hours later the guy who did their fundraise (still don't think its enough) was appointed???In meltdown really.

I’m holding tight for now, as soon as positive newsflow commences again I will be adding.

The silence is baffling though and I really wouldn’t be surprised if a low ball offer isn’t being discussed.

Not a great read although I have seen it before.

In the video we are still early phase and loss making for these and possibly other II’s to bother with and our share price target and market share is predicted to drop.

The CLN payback is also a drag, something I pointed out as soon as we announced the deal. I hate CLN’s and we shouldn’t have took.

Paul needs to get a shift on. I’m not even convinced of the potential deal with Collins is going to have much of an impact or the deal with the 330 aircraft RFQ. These are niche markets. I know there maybe add ons, but 330 x $10K = $3,300,000. Not exactly exciting after all of these years.

Adj Smart Eye revenue for YE2022 was 12m dollars v See H1 2023 24m dollars. Request for quotes (RFQ) is the key figure to watch with direct OEM's. Of the 8 RFQ's announced in total globally, See won 4. I'm not sure how many Smart Eye have won, if any. Also See is embedded in Qualcomm vehicle chip and that's not even part of the RFQ's. Seeing M could dominate the DMS/occupant space and time will show this

Tradermel is spot on. My gripe isn’t meant to be simple personal dig at Paul. It just seems to be systematic and the same play book many CEO’s follow.

They promise so much and give themselves several years to deliver, but as their imposed deadlines draw closer they get arsie with investors for dare questioning them.

We have been told time and time again that each cash raise will be the last before the company becomes profitable and each time they burn through the cash and rinse and repeat the story. Ken did it and Paul has now said it twice.

I don’t know how many people work for Smart eye, but we seem to be employing people like there’s no tomorrow, but the win rate doesn’t suggest it is money well spent.

Paul has suggested that we will win 40% by volume and 50% by revenue (if I recall). Well to me that doesn’t seem like a good return given our supposed superiority and size compared to the competition. A few weeks ago Smarteye were on the verge of extinction, but despite that have announced several contracts. One of them with a truck OEM beating us to that market.

Whatever happened to Progress Rail?

So it’s the broken promises and failure to deliver on their own goals that’s starting to grate.

Very frustrating for all holders & Paul mocked himself for his Aviation gaff ,while stating @Town Hall) that it really should be soon ,along with Auto RFQ wins due to time running out to engineer ahead of regulatory deadline .
At least G3 has not (yet)been pushed back & hopefully it won’t be .
We are bound to worry that the much derided SEYE maybe nibbling at our lunch by issuing regular RFQ wins -despite their small headcount & presumably much smaller R & D team & I wonder how they could produce the engineering required for each win -that said my investment is here & I have followed Director buying to increase my holding further -surely they are buying as the have confidence in our prospective market share -despite the difficulty in predicting timescale .
Sorry to hear Skinny has reduced substantially as he/she has been a long term supporter !

I understand everybody's view here.

It's almost like we have a great product... let's enjoy the big companies interest
in it...let them use it and small shareholders don't matter.

News that Skinny has reduced his/her holding has been received well by the company and its shares rose upon the news! Typical haha
