Great submission. Expect to see that quoted soon! Many key points but this one really stood out, about Euro NCAP testing : “From 2025 [these] driver monitoring systems must be camera-based to attract any points.” Direction of regulatory travel is clear.

HR2138 bill latest action by Debbie Dingell
Latest Action: House - 03/23/2021 Referred to the House Committee on Energy and Commerce. (All Actions)

What this shows is that bit by bit products as Seeing Machines produce are being seen as the norm,in my opinion.

Might push through 10 today, volume not great tho.

Expecting positive run to next Weds, and then maybe a very good April.

Yes it should be standard and YES driver monitoring has a huge role to play saving lives here. See our submission to @NHTSAgov
in January 2021 that provides evidence to support this position @seeingmachines
.

NZI report says access to the right training and #technology will help keep drivers of commercial vehicles safe. #Guardian is that right technology. #seeingmachines #safety #fatigue

@seeingmachines
We are delighted to see more interest from across the pond with US based Toronado investing $10m into Seeing Machines as #drivermonitoring continues to steal the show across #auto and other transport sectors for #safety and #convenience.

should provide good support at this sort of level, given the confidence obvs being expressed.

should help avert the slide that followed the 2018 spike, and may generate more buying

Excellent news -a ruthless hedge fund would only pay a 10% + premium for our shares if they consider those shares to be prospectively worth much more.If we needed $10mill to take s to profitability , there may have been more than 1 fund bidding for $10mill of our stock & Toronado & others may want more of our shares, the only way of acquiring them now being by in market purchases.
There may well be more positive news ahead of our Results & our share price will hopefully move forward & on to a higher trading range

Actually it's a good sign that they want them.

'US based Toronado Fund, LP, at a price of 10.5 pence per New Ordinary Share, raising gross proceeds of approximately US$10 million (the "Purchase"). The Purchase, conducted at a premium, was introduced and arranged by Beech Hill Securities. '
