29/10/2020 14:31 | I do believe the variance is probably a family holding from the new Lombard board member. I know folks seemed confused at the last disclosure rns. | abid6814
29/10/2020 13:53 | A bit academic, but the RNS states 19.02% as does the previous Holdings RNS in April. | skinny
29/10/2020 13:40 | It was actually 19.98% | alessxito
29/10/2020 13:31 | As a result of the Share issue :- . | skinny
29/10/2020 09:10 | Yes now it's on SEE to prove the share price is substantially undervalued. The MOUs need signed off with money attached. (although L3 is done i believe).Any owner over 10% share ownership can stop a takeover, and we have 2 on the board. I dont believe VSI will accept a 100% return, but Paul needs to push on so that that assumption doesn't need tested. | lewbo18
29/10/2020 08:48 | Over a TRILLION dollars under advice, Federated Hermes really are titans! I must admit, after they were mentioned by the chap at Stifel as one of the companies SEE presented to, I expected their Kaufman Small Cap fund to be the buyer, but the RNS clearly states that it is Federated Hermes Inc. Maybe Kaufman will also build a position but on the open market... Part of the Federated Hermes pledge: "I will encourage responsible behavior in the firms in which we invest and on which we engage" Let's hope this means a seat on the board of SEE at some point and an additional level of corporate governance. Very happy with this news! | faz147
29/10/2020 08:47 | Yes. 4.85p three month high, 5.75p one year high. | skinny

29/10/2020 08:37 | Skinny I read that as a new holding, am I correct? tia active | srpactive
29/10/2020 07:58 | Thats the concern Abid- ie investment companies would generally be delighted with a return of 100%over a short period, but I have been invested for 7 years as I believe in our potential & it would be a travesty if our IIs,accounting for around 50% of our issued share capital, sold out for ,say,10p , giving them exceptional short term gains, but depriving us of achieving of the opportunity to sell when our true value has been revealed.Lets hope these MOUs get signed ASAP together with further deals & that PM has something very positive to say on Monday about our outlook !! | base7
29/10/2020 07:50 | An excellent new strategic investor. With current escalation in Covid lockdowns I'm also delighted we managed to secure $20m before waters get choppy again. Will be interesting to see the knock on impact of follow up buying from others as well as Federated Hermes, my instinct is they will in time become our second largest institutional investor behind Lombard.Over to Paul and Co to build value ahead of what I believe will be acquisition interest. I'd much rather that start at a multiple of the current share price | abid6814
29/10/2020 07:44 | Not a household name in UK but assets in management over $600bn. To put that into perspective Morgan Stanley $900bn. Not too shabby..... | lewbo18
29/10/2020 07:34 | Did anyone see this news? Caterpillar now offering Guardian 2 to lighter " on road" vehicles. | poombear
27/10/2020 09:00 | Shd find out who the US investor is tomorrow... And then hopefully some news before Monday and finals... Buying looks solid, approaching recent ceiling.. | rjcdc
26/10/2020 10:27 | or it is the ii tenbagger hopefuls piling in! | lfc4ever
26/10/2020 10:27 | Over on LSE a poster has included an extract from Q&A session with Ross Jatou (senior VP Automotive ) in which he states that they work with everyone but he believes that SEE currently has 50% of the global market & that it will be interesting to see who becomes the Mobileye of DMS .Doubt whether that pushed our share price up ,but interesting nevertheless -particularly as PM had always taken what we Hope us a prudent line that we could achieve 30% | base7
26/10/2020 10:02 | Up 7.1% on no news. Either there is a leak on news to come, or its just all the sellers from last week realising the mistake they made lol | zero the hero
26/10/2020 09:17 | Ali- you have to read to the last para. If you haven't got the perseverance to do that, this might be the wrong share for you! !Seeing Machines (LSE:SEE) has been on AIM even longer. Driver monitoring systems (DMS) have been fully developed and regulatory factors will boost demand for the technology. There is legislation in the US and Europe that will make these systems compulsory in cars and trucks. There are already deals with OEMs that supply car manufacturers. There is cash in the bank to cover ongoing losses as contracts build up." | lfc4ever
26/10/2020 08:51 | The identity of The Investor ,if well received, together with confirmation of the first MOU being converted into a co tract with $$$s could easily see us over 5p by 2/11 -although we also have to accept that no news or bad news would see us below 4p ,which I consider a much less likely scenario-but I would as I have a large holding | base7
26/10/2020 08:34 | So I do Bagga! As an investment case it’s very strong, but they do need to start adding some real substance to the story. When that comes then I think we are good.. It’s also positive that the share price seems to be leaving the fundraise price behind too... it’s not beyond the realms of possibility to be touching 5p by results day. | rjcdc |
