19/8/2020 09:36 | Market leader in hottest technology sector.... and SEE still manage to make it look like they’re not that bothered! Still - at least the environment they operate in is aligning nicely. The more people know about DMS the bigger the wave will be... Obviously, only beneficial if SEE actually have a surf board to ride it Slowly slowly.... | rjcdc
19/8/2020 07:53 | What is different though, is the original article said :- "In its current form, the Regulation limits the operational speed of ALKS systems to a maximum of 60 km/h." The BBC link has :- "The technology could be given the go ahead for speeds of up to 70mph, according to the DfT, potentially making long stretches of tedious motorway driving a thing of the past". Making it far more useable? Unless of course, they come up with this :- | skinny

19/8/2020 07:11 | Great news from UK Government this morning. Automatic lane detection from next year providing vehicles have driver Alertness systems in place. | amt
17/8/2020 21:20 | Ok so it is me just being cynical as he has rights to 5m shares annually, expiring each 30th June for the next 4 years at nil cost (nice work if you can get it). No mention of the performance criteria though so I wonder if they are hiding some low incentive share price target here or does anyone know? As far as I can tell he missed the ones this year though so may be looking to get those replaced. Ref. RNS 19-05-2020. Plus 12m options which vest on July 1st 2022 and will be exercisable at any point within one year at a price of 4.41 pence per Ordinary Share. Above ref. 30-09-2019 RNS. Well now we know why he is not to keen to get skin in the game like us as he has no need to! That's why he is not too bothered about the share price at the moment as he has plenty of time to reach such a low target price. Come on Paul, 'MAN UP' & make these incentives a fair bit more realistic and give us all some hope that we can make real progress with the fantastic technology that this company has developed and that you have the privilege of leading to inception and well beyond as this could be the real making of you and your career. | barrieb
17/8/2020 20:31 | Surely we are due a new options award to PM before we see a decent RNS or is it just me being cynical! Just got a feeling about this week though after the early TU and the MB 7m!! | barrieb
17/8/2020 12:44 | Shallwe, the product having so much potential is what keeps me here, but can this company deliver for PI's? | tradermel
17/8/2020 12:01 | I have a feeling we are due a test of 4p sooner rather than later. Expecting a few announcements to emerge September to January period. | abid6814
17/8/2020 11:34 | I feel your pain Trader, although I have to say that if I had fallen out of love with a stock as much as you have, I'd have cleared out by now. | shallwe
16/8/2020 08:58 | I appreciate that PM is committing his career (currently ) & reputation on his tenure as CEO but there is no doubt in my mind that buying a decent tranche of shares ,like Mr Brown ,would give a strong signal to The Market that he has belief in the project & is committed to a successful outcome ,thereby aligning his interests with ours | base7
14/8/2020 14:12 | A very balanced and considered counter narrative that I do have sympathy for however I still would welcome management having more skin in the game. That is also a feature of a lot of tech companies out there too.Glad we agree on the potential and value of the company and its tech. Fingers crossed we are entering into a defining few months for the company and a decent re-rate of the stock price too. | abid6814
14/8/2020 14:02 | Apologies for different view but McGlone has huge skin in the game. He takes a big chunk of his remuneration in performance shares. They are not freebies. That is his his pay. The options are no more freebies than the cash element of his salary. He negotiated the package. He just missed 2.5m shares through not hitting the target. That must hurt. He has skin in the game. Secondly, the reason the Co prefers to pay his salary in share options is because it conserves precious cash and incentivises. This is par for the course in all tech cos. McGlone will get rich if the shares perform. The thing which matters is the actual business unless this is just another beauty parade. It is obvious that SEE's shares aren't loved by the market unlike say Wirecard ... So, to stay invested one has to make one's own assessment of their progress. In my case, rightly or wrongly, I consider Fleet is the key business and track activity and financial reengineering there with interest No wish to influence just thought I'd express a view I wasn't reading on here. | longsight
14/8/2020 13:41 | Same privy rules would apply. Genuinely not asking Paul to throw his life savings at it but I'd welcome a conviction purchase. Even buying a million shares would be welcome. | abid6814
14/8/2020 13:17 | This is the new non exec put into place by Lombard …. what better indication of future direction than this? PM may well not be in a situation to be able to purchase shares, either by his own financial obligations or because he is privy to share affecting news. That should give the share price a kick in the arris | zero the hero
14/8/2020 11:27 | Waiting for Paul to show the same faith! | abid6814
14/8/2020 07:36 | Top notch..Not that impressive compared to some on here/LSE... just added over time and will keep doing until I put them on a red card... they are currently yellow. Average price 4.2p... I got badly caught out by the pump to 13p.. Two target prices - nothing much happening TP: 6/7p, or SEE does what it says it will over the next few years then TP: 28p. It shouldn’t be the case where we are guessing tho, and that’s why it’s on a yellow. | rjcdc
13/8/2020 21:22 | RJCDC >> That's an impressive holding (though I don't know your average price) so you must have bought with an exit target price in mind? | topnotch

12/8/2020 14:40 | I feel your pain! | abid6814
12/8/2020 14:31 | no, i don't think its poo...otherwise I wouldn't continue to hold over 1m shares.. i do however think the way they communicate with shareholders is poo... and i've told them that. there are 12 months remaining for them to show that they really aren't poo... | rjcdc
12/8/2020 12:33 | RJCDC >> If you think this is poo - then just say so... | topnotch |
