Apologies for different view but McGlone has huge skin in the game. He takes a big chunk of his remuneration in performance shares. They are not freebies. That is his his pay. The options are no more freebies than the cash element of his salary. He negotiated the package. He just missed 2.5m shares through not hitting the target. That must hurt. He has skin in the game. Secondly, the reason the Co prefers to pay his salary in share options is because it conserves precious cash and incentivises. This is par for the course in all tech cos. McGlone will get rich if the shares perform. The thing which matters is the actual business unless this is just another beauty parade. It is obvious that SEE's shares aren't loved by the market unlike say Wirecard ... So, to stay invested one has to make one's own assessment of their progress. In my case, rightly or wrongly, I consider Fleet is the key business and track activity and financial reengineering there with interest No wish to influence just thought I'd express a view I wasn't reading on here.

Same privy rules would apply. Genuinely not asking Paul to throw his life savings at it but I'd welcome a conviction purchase. Even buying a million shares would be welcome.

This is the new non exec put into place by Lombard …. what better indication of future direction than this? PM may well not be in a situation to be able to purchase shares, either by his own financial obligations or because he is privy to share affecting news. That should give the share price a kick in the arris

Top notch..Not that impressive compared to some on here/LSE... just added over time and will keep doing until I put them on a red card... they are currently yellow. Average price 4.2p... I got badly caught out by the pump to 13p.. Two target prices - nothing much happening TP: 6/7p, or SEE does what it says it will over the next few years then TP: 28p. It shouldn’t be the case where we are guessing tho, and that’s why it’s on a yellow.

RJCDC >> That's an impressive holding (though I don't know your average price) so you must have bought with an exit target price in mind?

no, i don't think its poo...otherwise I wouldn't continue to hold over 1m shares.. i do however think the way they communicate with shareholders is poo... and i've told them that. there are 12 months remaining for them to show that they really aren't poo...

Achievement of the following TSP performance is required for each tranche to vest: Tranche 1: GBP0.061 (MISSED) And it was missed by a mile. If the TSP had reached 5.49p then 90% of shares would have vested but that was failed too. At the time I had assumed it was an easy target. There is the possibility of getting 50% of the shares in that tranche as a retest if the 6.1p is achieved in the next 2 years. At the time these targets were seen as too low and why a sizeable percentage voted against them.

Chartwise, the 25 day EMA seems hove crossed the 100 day EMA (which is a good sign) and bizarrely seems to be in a solid upward trend (hope I don't jinx it)

Tell us anything... I just looked - no real news since last sep 19... Anything I say - What about the driving simulator - is that complete? (These additions include work in progress in relation to construction of a new driving simulator, which commenced in October 2019. This project is expected to be completed in June 2020) At least they expect the share price to be 15p by July 2025... Achievement of the following TSP performance is required for each tranche to vest: Tranche 1: GBP0.061 (MISSED) Tranche 2: GBP0.076 Tranche 3: GBP0.095 Tranche 4: GBP0.119 Tranche 5: GBP0.149

..just bumbling along..you can see the pattern above - a brief upshot followed by a longer decline...only each time slightly higher than before. Pattern won't change until the company gives up some real news, or raises its forecasts. until then we bumble...

I'm not sure which of AFC & SEE is my most under performing long term hold!

Yep, agree with all that. I think they are sitting there with their fingers crossed. The NDA thing I get, but there are many ways of instilling confidence... no. Of RFQs, no. Of models associated with, timelines for production/revenue etc. I also note that Sophie has liked a tweet which effectively says SEE are in the F150 and Merv - so is that allowed? No consistency and no enthusiasm.

RJCDC - 15872 In response, I have read all the positive LSE Drivel, but none really explains my last post. I get the NDA aspect not wanting to risk the future but at the very least PM could have clarified the need to not need a future fundraise, but he could not be bothered. SEE just don't give a sh1t about their investors, just like PM won't put his hand in his pocket, the reason is obvious, he's doing nothing to boost the share price any time soon.

Exactly how I feel skinny.... just imagine if we weren’t Market leaders in the hottest technology sector around... it would be even duller... if that’s possible...

I guess it’s found a new base... good that it hasn’t dropped below 3p again but it would be nice for SEE to at least have a go at generating some excitement. Calm before the storm...

The share price has more than doubled from the March lows and has gradually inched up since April - a slow steady climb beats a spike anyday

'Under promise/over deliver' is exactly what we need to build credibility with investors & for our SP,to increase accordingly.
