The sad thing is it's the dead right tech for the melt-up that's coming but now with the horrendous dilution and the very slow burn there'll be much better gains elsewhere.

Well at least here we have a year fully funded lol, then (depending on the amount PI's fund) another period the miseries can return and talk down the company. Very frustrating but in the end no ones fault but my own.

ZTH it's a shame here the way things have panned out. Another classic AIM story.

They might well be a success, but they have completely sold out their PI's. With well over 3 billion shares, there is never going to be quite the returns expected 18 months ago.

And there we have it. Nailed on certainty that those dumping the 6 and 7 figure sums over the last few sessions had been tipped off. Is that over 1 billion shares now added to the current issue? The sentiment here has been crushed after the fleet fiasco now with this abysmal placing it'll be truly rock bottom and may continue to now languish for quite some time. Even if the tech sector enjoys very strong growth SEE will likely struggle at least until there's some clarity on future earnings. What a shambles. Possibly worth looking at as a long term punt but it may not get anywhere near 10p til after the next recession. Kramar - the co. have no leverage when it comes to attempting to raise funds. They were out with the begging bowl and have got royally screwed. BOD will do ok though I expect. Will hit the placing price fairly soon - just a question of how much lower it'll go before finally bottoming. With the slaughtering of existing pi's you'd have hoped they'd have at least been able to release some very upbeat news to go along with the placing. What a dung pile.

I really think they need to get rid of some staff, the cash burn is way too high and risks complete failure. They expect to deliver 141M Aus dollars in 2021-2024 so why would institutions insist on a 3p share offer unless they don't believe the story. The money will not last that long so the share price could be depressed for years yet. Cut costs because this cannot go on.

I think the company needs a change at the top. Very low placing ,down 30% at least today and almost gave away half the value of the company. A shambles They really need to start making a profit or this will be bust I dont see how there can be another one, the last was at 5p or thereabouts, where to next 1p ! there is nowhere to go from here. I think this was known about since the share price was in double figures since some institution has been constantly selling down all the way. It was hinted some time ago they could borrow money based on the design wins, surely they could have raised some that way investors have paid to get it that far.

Next Steps Shareholders are required to approve the proposed issuance of the Placing Shares and the Subscription Shares at the General Meeting. Whilst shareholder approval is not required for the issue of the Offer Shares, the Offer will be conditional upon approval of the issue of the Placing Shares and Subscription Shares and, accordingly, will not go ahead if those resolutions are not approved. The General Meeting is expected to be held at 11.00 a.m. (AEDT) on 23 April 2019 for the purpose of approving the issuance of the Placing Shares and the Subscription Shares. Application will be made to the London Stock Exchange for the Placing Shares, the Subscription Shares and the Offer Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). It is currently expected that Admission will become effective, and that dealings in the Placing Shares, the Subscription Shares and the Offer Shares will commence on AIM, at 8.00 a.m. on 24 April 2019.
