Kreature, just to be clear, not because of Volvo per se but rather the market in car systems cars generally.

I have two shares that are being represented at the Growth and Innovation event in my earlier post at the Shares Mag site. I think that they come across quite well at these things so the share might get some positive attention around that time. Justifiably in my opinion.

Volvo shouldn’t be a reason to hold see shares imv. Although Volvo were 10% shareholders in see, and helped with funding since the ANU days, they sold all their see shares in 2013 ,and have since focused on smarteye who do the same thing

Another article about driver monitoring in cars...Volvo in particular. This is why I have been holding SEE. Between forthcoming cars and the transition to semi autonomous vehicles, this will be the big market. Not sure if this is SEE kit, will have to check.

Good move I suspect . Early 2019 buying could prove the right move so two trading days early why not? As to sellers absence? He'd leave his pet dog auto to do the deeds. Maybe.

Careful, I suspect we have a large seller that drove the price down but is on a holiday break, the buying rally may come to an abrupt end on 3rd Jan. It would be nice if you were right though.

It does show how easily this will move back up once the position is filled.

Interesting concept..Initiative Q is an attempt by ex-PayPal guys to create a new payment system instead of payment cards that were designed in the 1950s. The system uses its own currency, the Q, and to get people to start using the system once it's ready they are allocating Qs for free to people that sign up now (the amount drops as more people join - so better to join early). Signing up is free and they only ask for your name and an email address. There's nothing to lose but if this payment system becomes a world leading payment method your Qs can be worth a lot. If you missed getting bitcoin seven years ago, you wouldn't want to miss this. Here is my invite link: https://initiativeq.com/invite/ysfoTKwF2This link will stop working once I'm out of invites. Let me know after you registered, because I need to verify you on my end.

Re. funding concerns, Seeing Machines may need more cash by the end of June 2019.

Note that Jean-Marc Bunce, analyst at house broker Cenkos, stated in a note published on September 19th that there was no immediate cash requirement and that SEE had a clear cash runway through FY19.

Safestocks concede the same but write that it will be through bonds - read the latest

'a cork in the midst of a hurricane' ?

partly perhaps, but don't they need to raise money, and wouldn't forward-selling explain the relentless downward pressure ?

Mornin'

Wider markets getting trashed at the mo - melt-up deferred for a wee bit until this blows over. It looks like the markets will get pretty much everyone to believe a bear market has now arrived and that'll be the bottom of this correction.

SEE - simply a cork in the midst of a hurricane. Bah humbug Xmas here with probably no potential turnaround news for sometime.

p&d pretty much complete and the 'd' phase helped tremendously by the Co.

Thanks for that Zero. I hadn't realised how few shares (34%) were held by institutions. We retail shareholders are a notoriously fickle bunch: I guess that is part of SEE's problem.

SEYE AB is valued at 78mln gbp loss makingwith current revenues 10 x lower and only relying on DMS.So the market is telling the swing machines is worth the same as smart eye. DYOR

Re 13770

Hunter Hall were about 14% of the company

The II's that currently hold are:
VS International Venture 12.11%
Independent Investment Trust 4.37%
Legal & General Investment Management 4.24%
Miton Asset Management 4.06%
Herald Investment Management 3.62%
Lombard Odier Investment Managers 2.93%
Polar Capital 2.75%

I am reasonably assured that VS International Venture are not the sellers as this type of investment suits their profile perfectly and they have been increasing during 2018.

The three investors standing at 4%+ would all have to notify the market if they breached the 3% threshold, and since that has not happened it may not be them, so that leaves Lombard Odier Investment Managers or Polar Capital.

As with HH this pushed the share price down for a considerable time while they disposed of 3% of their investment until they sold the block 11% to release the share price upwards again. This weight on the share price we have seen over the last months will end in the same manner once these "investors" have sold down. There is also another nugget of information to indicate this will be sooner rather than later and that is that the daily volumes traded are 4 x higher than when HH were dumping.
