13/12/2018 10:52 | Todays RNS is actually very positive and this is how the change of CFO should have been also announced - we would be moving in a 10% higher range now. Anyway big volume today and massive turn back from 4 level. Another falling wedge is finishing and I expect a rally from here. | bobogyo
13/12/2018 10:09 | Bitter bitter! What a shame | alessxito
13/12/2018 10:08 | Small orders cause price drop. But added together they'll show in results down. The track.. | alchemy
13/12/2018 08:32 | It isn't just L3 Note this from AGM Presentation: "All major simulator OEMs engaged to optimise flight training process" NAI, DYOR - I am not punting the shares! | longsight
12/12/2018 15:54 | Agreed 2019 looks very bright Funding needed? IMO no, working on cash burn and finances publicly available they have enough to last until May but it all depends on the cash Fleet and now Aero are generating. If there is a need for another round of cash injection from the market I do not see it as a problem anyway, look where the share price went after the last one. The last Safestocks musings say this - Alternatively, a very imaginative option might be to raise some debt via a convertible bond. I noted that the new CFO, Luke Oxenham has experience of raising cash via bond issuance. Moreover, with big company experience I’m hoping he will be willing to consider big company actions. Logically, there must have been a reason this sentence was included in the official RNS: “Luke has substantial experience of integrating business planning, business performance and capital modelling and of accessing various sources of capital from the debt and equity markets.” | zero the hero
12/12/2018 15:38 | cfb2 some might be concerned that you were using 'flowery' language to tread on any positive sentiment. I agree with longsight and unionhall. Of course there are unknowns.... this company has cutting-edge technology that's only just been developed! Exciting and relevant enough though, to interest some of the biggest names out there! | hazl
12/12/2018 14:46 | Can the company generate significant sales and profits in future years ? IMHO yes based on the scale and pre-eminence of the companies with whom we are winning contracts. Can the company reach that nirvana without significant funding/dilution in the meantime ? That remains the million dollar question which will drive the share price in the short to medium term. Few, if any, of us know the answer. Perhaps it depends on events yet to happen or be conceived., or perhaps funding is already inevitable.... Better than a scary movie.... | unionhall
12/12/2018 13:42 | Given the size of L3, can't agree with the last post The simulator opp is huge - irrespective of our opinions on SEE as a business Edit: from LSE L3 Commercial Aviation 4,149 followers 2h A global first - we have worked with Seeing Machines to bring the first Full Flight Simulator with 'eye tracking' to the commercial aviation world. The first system will be deployed onto a new Boeing 787 FFS and is set to enhance training and utilization of the HUD. “The implementation of the eye tracking technology is a substantial development within the world of pilot training and will provide critical data to better measure, tailor and advance training programs.” - Robin Glover-Faure, President of L3 Commercial Training Solutions | longsight
12/12/2018 13:18 | These contracts announced in the latest RNS are bringing in £100Ks not the £10ms needed to cover SEE's outgoings. Technology in simulators does not translate to putting it in actual aircraft. I see these RNS as a distraction at best. Possibly desperation if it's the only good news SEE have. Some might be concerned they are trying to lift the price prior to getting a rights issues away. | cfb2
