Think the burn is about 3m a month based on the difference in cash end Dec thru end June. Can't remember numbers but think it c£25m remaining so if they want to get down to the last £10m suggests a fundraise (and by that I mean loan) by year end.

Unless they get the burn down (or money in) then additional money will be required at some point imo - not convinced it will be through a placing tho.

From LSE:

The company always in the background but always there. It wouldn't surprise me of some sort of a JV or Buy-in........

1. Xilinx make the Fovio chip

2. They are very active in the auto market - see image here hxxps://xlnx.i.lithium.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/43069iA2856CF8C7F06E03/image-size/original?v=1.0&px=-1

3. Ford are presenting at the upcoming Xilinx Developer Forum.....Featured speakers include Ford Research, who will share information about how it has developed technology for the car maker’s advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) using SDSoC.
hxxps://forums.xilinx.com/t5/Xilinx-Xclusive-Blog/bg-p/xilinx_xclusive

4. SEE exhibited at the Xilinx Automotive World stand Tokyo Jan 2018

5. Nexty/SEE/Xilinx are exhibiting together at the Car-Ele in Japan right now

6. At the investor presentation AND in Ken's interview with Safestocks he said that Kevin Tanaka is doing great work in Japan AND Xilinx are doing a lot of the groundwork for SEE.

7. Xilinx cannot afford to let the like of Intel get involved with SEE - remember Intel bought Altera in 2016 who are an FPGA chip maker - the very chip that Xilinx produce.

8. Despite Xilinx losing several key staff to SEE there is a very real and ongoing relationship between the two.

From a charting and trading point of view, there are large trades being worked on int he background. Recovery was always inevitable as the drop was way over done based on a product/item delay.

Make of it as you choose but I think we will get back up and over the doubles hurdles.

OTM,

I might be Thick or Mentally Disabled or even a clown but I'm not the one who mistimed my Buy back despite having a cosy special adviser.

Just sayin

No there isn't. The company has a strong balance that see's them through to Jan 2019 easily and between now and then they could easily announce the Toyota deal. No placing coming in my opinion. A re-rate is in place and this will get back to doubles comfortably with the multiple 100K and 200K buys landing since the oversold position. This isnt any punt money.

You do all know that there's a placing being discussed yeah? And do you think it will be at a premium to the current price?

Who said they missed it? Check my posts of when I last sold out, a day after buying back and for no profit other than a few hundred quid.

A placing will not be until December / January time as there is more than enough cash until then. Giving the possible order pipeline any such price will be above todays price as anticipation will win over. Nothing to fear about an offer but would prefer to be included in such. Raising money to pursue such large orders will not weigh the price down.

I think it is so unfortunate that this bb has become a discussion purely about the share-price .
I would prefer this to be a place where the merits or otherwise of SEE are discussed.

I think that you two people...OTM and the other naysayer must be the most boring posters I have ever read.

Hi, I bought back at 9 remember then sold a couple of days later. I did post both before raving becomes a lunatic again. I am watching closely to assess placing price before buying again. I expect 3-5p but nothing confirmed to me yet.
