Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2017 and Notice of 2018 AGM
Secure Trust announces that the Notice of 2018 Annual General Meeting ("Notice of AGM") and Form of Proxy are being sent to shareholders today, together with the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2017.
Copies of the Notice of AGM and Form of Proxy have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority in compliance with Listing Rule 9.6.1 and will shortly be available for inspection on the National Storage Mechanism at: http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM Copies may also be obtained by application to the Company Secretary at the registered office of the Company.
As required by DTR 6.3.5 (3) the Company con rms that the 2017 Annual Report and Accounts and the Notice of AGM are available on the Company's website www.securetrustbank.co.uk.
The 2018 Annual General Meeting will be held at 3pm on Wednesday 16 May 2018 at Arbuthnot House, 7 Wilson Street, London, EC2M 2SN. Full details of the proposed resolutions are set out in the Notice of AGM.
